Sells rotten food
Bought food via the kfc from KFC van wyk. They had the nerve to send me rotten food and when I complained and sent a video, they kept giving me stupid excuses about how they are unable to view the attack video. Pathetic excuses and service. Zero respect for people's health. You should close down immediately because you clearly don't want to serve the community.

I want my money back
Driver canceled my order for groceries and now they are telling me that they can't refund me. I called the shop I ordered from and the items were never returned to the shop. Uber support is pathetic and they don't care if customers lose money or not.

These people are a bunch of ****mers. They blocked us all over their social media pages including whatsapp after we sent a deposit of R7500 for an engine. Beware!!!

I ordered a stepper machine and it was delivered on Tuesday 30/07/24. On 01/08/24 I logged a return because I changed my mind and it was collected the next day. Yesterday 03/08/28 I received an email stating that my return was rejected because the product was damaged, opened and all that nonsense. I DID NOT even open the box and they are telling me that the product is damaged. I want my money back

Christmas village
I'd like to thank Danielle Morgan for her assistance. I bought tickets and selected the wrong dates. Now on their website, the policy says no refunds,changes and whatsoever but Ms Morgan managed to change my dates for me so my kids can enjoy the Christmas village. I am so happy I could cry. THANK YOU so very much Danielle.

Poor service
I went to vodacom in Menlyn Mall today and I was assisted by a very rude, impatient consultant. She had a nerve to say that she was in a hurry and proceeded to " throw" my receipt at me. She was rude and very unprofessional. By far the worst Vodacom store in Pretoria.
