Cala brunch
Visited their branch in Cala recently and the level of service provided to our elderly residents is disheartening. Cala is a rural area dominated by older generation who are sick and not tech savvy so they have no choice but to visit the brunch. And spend whole day without being assisted. Saturday 13 September 2025 the brunch was not operating as per operating times stipulated and clients were waiting since morning.went back home with no assistance

Cartrack incompetence!
Worst experience ever, got incorrectly handed over to the lawyers(Nimble), but when i call them to follow up they claim the account is still with them and up to date but they can't give me something written, my name and credit scoring are in dispute because of them. Bottom of the barrel service.

Great service
What a great remarkable experience at Spur RiverHawk, our waitress (Kholiwe,if I remember correctly) so attentive and warm. Cheery and helpful. I would come back any day! All thanks to her.

Insurance Claim
Been trying to claim for weeks now with no assistance, they have been sending me back and forth. Went to one of their branches closest to me and they told me I should go lodge the claim where I made the sale which is in the Western Cape and I have moved to the EC and upon moving I have informed them.

Poor service
Went to Jumbo in Korsten Port Elizabeth in urgent need for school uniform for my niece, the service was very poor nobody was willing to assist. The assistant lady told me I should ask as she cannot sense or read minds. Mind you alot of stock is kept upstairs or at the back, how could that be of general knowledge to a customer?

Lewis George branch
Had Thee best service at one of their stores in George. Service was excellent from the staff to the manager (Wendy I think). They went an extra mile for me. I highly recommend them.
