Old stock being sold on Takealot
Have been a happy customer for a few years from Tyrewide. But recently bought a car tyre via Takealot which Tyrewide is the seller. Received the tyre, on inspection I saw the tyre is 5years old. Shocking. To think one buys a new tyre to receive old stock.

Tyrewide tyre old stock sold on Takealot
Im a happy client of Takealot. But what I find very strange is, they don't allow my negative ratings on their products. For instance, I bought a car tyre online. Received it. It was 5years old according to the date on the tyre. I am still happy to keep the tyre, but my review was negative as one expects to receive tyres that was not 5years old! Most manufacturers suggest changing tyres when they are 5years old regardless of the thread left. And here im buying a new tyre that has been on the shelf for 5years already. Tyrewide was the seller on Takealot.

POOR SERVICE
Lots of promises u till paper is signed. Got a vehicle with cracked windscreen, shocks that are shot(previous owner also confirmed this to me), tyres with flat spots(caused by faulty shocks), flat spots on tyres caused a massive vibration. All promises u till paper is signed. Please stay clear of this dealership.

Snail courier
Poor service. Item book for collection on 1st Sept. On 3rd Sept they told me they will only collect on 9th of Sept. What the hell? Are they running a snail delivery service? Worst courier service. Avoid!

Gezina Infinite Auto
Be aware of this dealership! On delivery of vehicle, the driver who delivered the vehicle, didn't even take 1minute to go through the vehicle. He left in a hurry. Only for me to find a windscreen that is beyond repair. Now the dealership shifts blame to their so called delivery team. The vehicle also has massive vibration that has been caused be faulty shocks that has caused the tyres to wear uneven, this has been proofed by a Tyremart dealer. Dealer doesn't want to replace the faulty shocks, even the previous owner of said vehicle confirmed the shocks are in need of replacing. Very shady dealership! I would advise people to be very very careful before dealing with them, all promises untill you sign the paper.

Bonnet guard
Very good seller. At first I was a bit sceptical. But as soon as I got the waybill, I knew this seller is for real. Items received in quick time. Well packed. An issue did come up, but the seller didn't hesitate to sort it out. Will definitely make use if this seller again. I can recommend this seller. Thank you.
