I have no words to say how disappointed I was with this clinic. On one terrible night, when my husband was having multiple panic attacks, they were completely unable to help. The telephone on duty, which works during the night, was answered by an employee who was clearly sleeping and did not want to be disturbed. The clinic guard, seeing my husband having his fits, simply called security, without any empathy. When the nurses arrived, I asked them to talk to my husband, and they simply said "of course not. What if he gets aggressive with us?" I found everyone extremely unprofessional and unprepared to deal with real emergencies. The worst part was one of the employees, who, seeing my husband in that situation, shouted "you should really kill yourself". I think this clinic should have its medical license revoked, because what we went through was a completely unimaginable situation.
What can I say? They took our car (DBBV100D) more than 2 months ago and we still have no idea of when we'll get it back. Every new month we have to pay USD600 to keep a rented car with us. I have called, my assistants have called, I went there in person - to no avail. They kidnapped my car and there's nothing I can do.
The company does not seem to know what a door to door service is, asking the client to jump hoops for clearing customs which is clearly THEIR job. No customer service capable of answering questions, e-mails that are vague and don’t clarify anything and now I have a parcel blocked by their incompetence that I might not see ever. Utter disappointment to not purely negligent behavior. If you don’t want to work, close the company.
They have absolute no criteria for picking local representatives. I have sent two parcels through their representative Postnet Menlyn and the people there had absolute no idea on how to process things. They took HOURS to send the parcels. Now I need to have them returned and I am waiting for DAYS for them to take an action. I even paid already for the return and nothing. I might have my items destroyed because of their incompetence besides loosing almost ZAR 12 thousand. This is stealing and incompetence. DHL should know better who they let use their brand. And talking directly to DHL they say they can't do anything because the shipment is in Postnet account. SHAME!
Never use them for DHL. The people have no idea what to do either sending a parcel or dealing with an issue. I have sent two parcels to Austria through Postnet Menlyn and it took them HOURS to manage to send them. Now I need to have them returned and I am waiting for DAYS for them to do what they need to do - and I can't do anything because they sent through their account with DHL. I may have my items destroyed because of their incompetence. Terrible service.
Asked for a consultation and received a very short dry message saying that there was no availability for the upcoming weeks. Seemed very unsensitive for a doctor in charge of mental health patients. I understand if the schedule is full, but there's a way of conveying a message - and this was definetely not the right way
Cannot stress enough how disappointed I was. Mr. Norman Khosa, from Pickfords, was very rude to me in his emails. The company wanted to keep my container for way longer than necessary. The crew did not know how to assemble some furnitures properly. Avoid this like the plague!
I've made a purchase from Nepal with Skynet and keep asking them for a delivery date, to no avail. They don't pick up the phone, are very absent from WhatsApp and their email replies are very vague and generic. I still don't know if I'll receive my parcel. So frustrated right now.
Left my Canada Goose jacket at Levingers Menlyn on Wednesday, January 4th, and they said it could be collected today. Went there and there's no sign of my coat. They asked me to return on Monday, but now I don't know if the coat will be ready by then. Very frustrated right now.
Very poor customer service. The local agent is slow in conveying information and the deadlines presented are constantly changed. Impossible to plan your life by using this service. The moving should arrive from 7-10 days after the ship docked, it has been 10 days already and still nothing. Last Friday the delivery would happen on Thursday (so, over the 10 days), and now, Tuesday, the delivery is moved to the following Monday - so pretty much three weeks after the ship arrived and one week after the container left the port. If you don't mind waiting forever for your things and having to beg for information, by all means, go ahead and book your moval with this company. I, unfortunately, could not choose - if I could, it wouldn't be this one.
