These poeple has been messing me around app**** for my 2pot they recievedcthe directives on 08/03/2026 and they said on the system it says claim paid 09/03/2026 but there finance departmebt must just release the funds to my account that has not happened they keep telling me on fb they emailed the finance departmebt to release my funds other wise they ignore one totally and not anwser yiu at all and when they do anwser it is onky once a day on the morning ress of day your messages Wil by ignored they don't pick up there phones when calling online they just end you chats and on what's app they seem confused and don't know the proper things or if they can't anwser you start ignoring you
Hi all I app**** for a home fixed lte contract since my credit score is low they offered me 10mbs uncappedc24 month contract for R299 a month which I accepted after order was placed I wad told by the sales agent Wil be contacted the same day for the documents they need that was a Thursday on th 11th of September never happened I had to phone they 10 times go the agent to phone me back she gave me her email adresse send my documents al to find our 2 days later was not uploaded and now her system has a error and my order stays in vetting spoke to a line manager who promised to resolve in a hour to hour and a half and contact me never happened I had to contact them then the agent phones me asked my ID with out explaining why again I have to phone them al to find out they requested the vetting team cancel the order and then they must phone me to redo ot hence it is it the 6th day today worst expiernce and service I have ever had after 30 calls I must keep following up with them
I app**** for my 2pot on the 25th March 2025 it is now the 30 mth of March they have been telling me for 4 weeks almost now it is in the final stage it is with there finance department for approval and release to my account but they tel you this every day and some other agents the stories change tel you some thing different my money should have been in my account by bow the service from these people are poor they keep also saying it has been escalated or they have requested for payment to be approved but nothing happens next day one hear the same stories this fund is not very good as one has to struggle to get you own money from them
I pad them manually this month atil today they go and debit my account a second time of the amount of R385 after I pad a payment of R390 already earlies in the month and this was my rent money they took now they are no where to be found don't answer fb or what's or phones I don't recommend them every month one must ask where is the airtime then what's app data don't get allocated and you must ask and wait all I want I my money back you debited after I already paid you guys how can you expect poeple 2 pay twice in one month get proffesional and better service don't use these poeple guy client service is non existing
Hi I took out a life policy from them not knowing it is with iwyze as I was not told this wanted to change debicheck to other bank then old mutual could not find my policy and said it is not with them I made a ***** case at my bank to get my money back as this was the first debit order that went off and send policy documents etc to old mutual just to be told 2 days later it is with them under iwyze already changed my bank and moved my debit orders over I wantvto cancel this policy and I want my money back was put through stress all for nothing bad service
My wife opened an account with them it showed she can buy for R1000 every thing was approved documents emailed to her etc she just could to buy online until she has been authenticated now all of a sudden online her account limit shows 0 she is really bad service after been approved for account limit of R1000 with out any reason they do this don't even deserve 1 star

Hi it is a struggle to get a email reply from then just to get a paid up letter/prescribed letter as one don't get a reply and only way to reach them is via email or call
Hi I have a mobimoney account with finchoice and a 6 month loan as soon as your credit score drops because of loans with them then they block you and say you longer meet qualifying criteria and can't use mobimoney when it is suppose to be like a credit card which one should stil be able to use I have been paying every month now my credit score is back up stil can't use it bad service should be warned of this ahead of time not happy
Hi been trying to get hold of MWEB the whole day just for some one to help me pay my fibre they tried to debit my account it did not go through I went online where one get a message once taping on it then payment go through the whole day they message me by aotmater sms and I tried it with out luck made qaurries no reply spoke on Facebook no reply only on a page not with dm also not answering phones then they cut your line when they have a technical error worst service ever
