SUPER HAPPY AND SATISFIED.
This was my first time ordering from Swopp.I was a little nervous since the iPhone 15 pro was expensive even though it was a used product.I also did not know the company. I can say that they really deliver what they promise. iPhone was in excellent condition as described on site and it was delivered in 2 days.I can really reccomend them.Would have liked if they included theft insurance as well.

I have never had this type of service...wish I could rate them minus 10...they do not deserve a rating...Have been complaining for almost two months now...each time I am told that the matter will be escelated...Makro ows me a R1000 but refuse to deliver the stock I paid for.They said it is too laid to log a return...but I have been complaing for the last two months that I have nothing to return...I only want the stock they ow me...they make millions a day,but refuse to refund me or refuse to deliver the stock they ow me...

Very shocked and dissapointed concerning the poor customer service.
I spend a lot of money at Makro,buying things online on a monthly basis.I recently ordered 15 Damla boxes(Sour Jelly belts) to the value of R1335.I only received 3 boxes.When I enquire they tel me to log a return or a refund.I do not want a return or a refund!I want the stock for my business urgently!I have sent e-mails,I have called them,I even used whatsapp.Nobody can help me.I paid...I want what I paid for...

Mug and Bean Total Garage Tzaneen,rep**** to the bad service I received.This is what the manager said in Afrikaans.Ek is baie jammer Dit is so sleg om dit te hoor! Ons kan verseker daai "vouchers redeem" omdat ons nie koeke maak nie offer ons loaf slices of n brownie /****in (enige soet dingetjie wat beskikbaar is) Ek glo die persoon wat jou gehelp het, het verseker die fout gemaak. As jy moontlik 'n slippie het / tyd en datum wat jy hier was vir my kan deurgee dan kan ek gaan kyk wie het jou gehelp sodat ek regstellende aksie kan neem. Ons wil graag he ons kliënte moet elke keer tenvolle tevrede wees met ons produkte en dienste gelewer. Baie jammer dat jy die ervaring gehad het. Ek stuur graag vir jou voucher (na jou mugg&bean loyalty app toe) en dan kan jy dit by enige Mugg&Bean gebruik!
