Urgent Investigation Required – Unauthorized Upgrade and Account Suspension

I am currently on a family package and made my payment on January 1st. However, when attempting to make a payment now, I was informed that my account has been suspended and that I owe R1,180 due to an upgrade to the Premium package—an upgrade I was neither aware of nor authorized. Additionally, when I sought assistance, the consultant I spoke to responded with arrogance and an unhelpful attitude, stating that nothing could be done. I find this unacceptable and request a full investigation into this matter

I am dissatisfied with the service I received from Rain Network.i joined rain because it was not a contract however you pay before connecting, which means when you don’t pay their discounts for that particular month you didn’t pay.i don’t understand why am I receiving Notice Of Demand, starting that am owing R2000.
