Absolutely disgusting service from the Western Cape delivery drivers, the person arrives late and then calls < I call home and within minutes my family is outside to pick up the parcel and the buffoon has given the package to a neighbour, I didnt agree to him handing it over to anyone but myself or family. TAKELOT GOODBYE AND GOOD RIDDANCE
What a nightmare we had a fibre system installed today and it is slower than my LTE and cannot even pick up signal in the whole house, what a nightmare, and what a waste of money, I'll definitely be cancelling post haste
What a nightmare ,the electric fence has given trouble since we put it in a couple of years ago ,now the welding is falling off . And so much more I have a list as long as my arm.
I bought a new samsung phone and was supposed to get "free ear buds" I was told to contact samsung, when i did they took 2 weeks to change an erroneous telephone number, now when i try to find "customer service" all I get is Ai messages and absolutely no help, as far as Im concerned this is FALSE ADVERTISING , i realise samsung is an inferior phone, but I should have realised its also an inferior service too. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED
For a week I have had no access to my three accounts just incompetence and "send me a screenshot" and "we are following up" they are not allowing me to cancel this is fourth world incompetence, PLEASE AVOID this company for your own sake.promises and nothing more ,signal never good either
Beware of their food it makes a person sick, service is appalling and slow. Basically I paid people to give me food poisoning,avoid this place at all costs
The Diamond mall Kimberley s new shop is absolutely disgusting,vile and a waste of time , slow service rotten milk in my coffee and seats for a kindergarten,MuggAnd Bean if you don't investigate this you're losing a skew of customers .it's literally the WORST shop in Kimberley and by far the worst mugg and bean I've ever been to in five provinces

What a waste of time the shop is badly stocked, less than the Cafe around the corner, slow staff, bread rolls stale and it just goes on
I am so disgusted in this company, I made a loan and over the phone was given my monthly installment I will pay (All is supposed to be recorded) I got my first invoice and its almost R150 more , I called for assistance and spoke to Natheem who made major promises to help, and NOTHING happened, no emails at all, I never agreed to the amount they are trying to ****** from me, and I am disgusted in the gross INCOMPETENCE and LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE from woolworths financial. I bet this wont even make a difference to them
