Regretful
The most horrible insurance ever. I won't advice anyone to use their services. From customer service to their panic device, it's like a ****ytrap.

Not different from ****mers at all
I took R80000 loan with them in December 2023, it's now 11 months and December will be a full year with the account. It does not move at all, I tried to come up with means to get it moving but they've a lot of things to say working in their favor and digging their customers deeper into the grave... The loan is now at R74000, only R6000 difference for the whole year. I won't advice anyone to take any credit with you.

They harass me even after paying. They send messages addressing me as Mr, please stop or re-direct those messages to the right person. I'm a woman, not a male. Please stop, I do not owe you anything.

Irritated client
I get your automated calls more than 5 times a day, no 1 picks up and the call will hang up after 30 seconds or so... This is so irritating, please stop. If you wanna discuss something with your clients, call directly instead of using switchboard or automated calls.

Extremely disappointed client
After so many years with Cartrack, I'm sad to at how I'm disappointed with your service. Why must I make over 7 calls for a device transfer? It's over almost 2 full weeks now waiting for you to remove and transfer the device from my previous car to the 1 I'm using now and worst part I'm the one whose calling all the time... I'm even thinking of taking my cats off your contact because it seems useless, if I'm struggling now what will happen should I face unforseen circumstances?
