Very unfair business practice by robbing and misleading clients
Very bad service from this company i spoke to the matrix agent that told me i will pay for only 1 car because i sold the other car now Im being charged for 2 cars and they cant get the recording where the agent explained that I will only pay for 1 car so this company is robbing clients

Cartrack is a **** company
Cartrack could not cancel my tracker contract after i asked them to cancel my contract which i took in 2018 and they said im still bound by the contract when i asked for recording they could not provide it so this company is renewing contracts without customers consent which is daylight ******* and unprofessional they are the biggest ****mers

Good service on returns
I bought a blue tooth speaker and discovered it was faulty the return was smooth and hustle free. The service was very efficient and their correspondence is timely and efficient.

This is a biggest scam company i have ever experienced i will never buy anything from them
This is a scam these people will never return the emails. i bought an item and they promised to refund me and never did i have sent a lot of emails and non are being responded to. i went to the returns premises and returned some of the items i have bought and never got any feedback. This company scams people of their money i will never buy from them again
