Ow wooowwww, I joined The Box Fashion January 2025 and i actually thought to myself I am giving it a try. After my 3rd payment I recieved my BOX in less than 10 days. Excited I was yhoooo; with extra gadgets I did not think of. I would recommend anyone to take up their membership.
I bought material from Smart Industries and I was communicating with Yaas on whatsApp. He helped me from measurements as my carpenter was not showing up. Up-Until I made payment & immediately he packed my staff. I struggled somehow with courier however he patiently helped me through until my material was collected.
Cecilia from this nail, beauty and lash extensions is the best I would really recommend her services to anyone.
Yhoooo it is stressful to return something to Makro. I bought a cooler box and unfortunately it does not fit on my boot. I requested a return since 15th August 2024 till todate they have not showed up for collection and there is NO direct answer/response I am getting as the person that is suppose to attend to my return is No where to be found. This is so Irritating believe me.
I can not close my mouth actually I am still in Disbelief. I placed my order with Shein last week Wednesday the 24th of July and iMile logistics was assigned as logistics company to deliver my goods. Wednesday the 30th of July early hours of the morning 06h00 I recieved a message that my parcel is out for deliver 11 am my parcel was delivered. Hardly 1 week. What a great service. iMile keep up the greatest work you doing. I am so much impressed. Truth is i was so worried when i saw its iMile that would be dealing with my delivery due to negative reviews i saw. MindO the staff i ordered is for Matric Farewell which is next week.. iMile I am greatful.
I placed my order on the 02 May 2024 and it was my first time ordering from them. After ordering I thought of checking their reviews, there & there I got so frustrated and beating myself up cause most reviews were negative. I was stressing and kept on checking my order if it was released. The order remained on processing the whole 6 working days and I was so concerned however I told myself I will wait for their delivery promise which is (3 - 7 days). On the 7th Day Monday the 13th May; I received an SMS from "the courier guy" which reads "Your delivery will be done before 17h00 today". Very early in the morning order arrived. They have delivered what I ordered and I am happy.
They have great food and excellent customer service.
Terrible service ever. I bought a pair of sneaker on the 26th of October 2022 payment was received and all that. Order was finalized and i received a mail with tracking number on the 31st of October till to-date my order is still waiting for courier collection. I sent them whatsApp; email and i have been calling them no response. I called Skynet courier and I was told my package was not with when they went to fetch packages on the 26th of October which means they processed the order immediately however no action. This is a frustration and above I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their online service. I am still waiting for a miracle to happen as I am not getting no feedback from any of their communication channels. I am so irritated yerrrrr
