Have a account that I have been paying with them for almost 5 years. Looked at the statement, thee charge a person twice in one month for the same thing. They even charge for sending a receipt. Where I asked them to stop sending this useless info. Today all the lady could say was, pay more on the account then you will pay it off earlier. When asked if I pay the full amount she said there client doesn't allow for a discount. You need to pay the full amount. Yes but stop sending letter for unnecessary stuff. And then she said they send it to a email and a sms. Hello I'm a grown up I know that I need to pay and I don't need reminders or acknowledgements. Once a year is more then sufficient. I will never finish paying this account of if I pay 1200 per year and your fees are 420 per year.
We have been waiting since the 31 October 2024 for feedback on our claim for the damaged roof. Every day when I call all I get is the consultant/agent dealing with it will call you back. Never happens...... Because of this my TV room is Flooding my furniture is damaged and my house smells like a wet dog. The interior wood roof is rotting, and the mat is well rotting. So Integrisure is not worried about you or your previous goods but only about the money they make out of you.
I have send in a request for info on my credit card in beginning of march 2022 already. i still have not received feedback, only get a message stating that someone did try and contact me. However no mail nor did they try very hard. I have tried contacting the Lady, but was told she would contact me.. I still have not been contacted. However you are quick to take my money off of the account every month.
good day. I have paid my RCS account, (via MBD) have even received my paid up letter from MBD. Today I have had 6 calls from another collection agency, claiming that I owe RCS money. Have tried calling RCS, but the number rings and then dies. The people at VVM just say " Sorry RCS still says you owe money". RCS also have not updated my details at the credit bureau. I'm at a loss for words

Received this message this morning from Isabella Garcia Kindly note that the Sales Department advised that they do not have record of a placed order. Please advise me of the products you would like to order so that we may process this order on our side. My Question /response: How is this possible? This order was placed on the 12 December 2017. The person that contacted me was Roxanne. I’m sure u should have the voice recording of the call. Please see the attached SMS that I received, upon opening the website it gave u the options to order. This was a black Friday special. I Think I ordered the travel size something. With the postage it worked out to the R418.23 I’m so shocked. I’m cannot believe that such a big company can reveal such a bad image. So saddened in IG. Such a disappointment. I have been waiting for my order from the 12 December 2017, what was only going to take 10 days has now taken 24 working days. So if my order is processed will I have to wait another 24 working days. Then again get told what you don’t have my order OR this time u lost my payment. The most disgusting issue is that Roxanne did the payment on her side. How is this possible, to do the payment she had to have an order. This is the worst incompetents ever. I think the way forward is for u to refund my money and I will forget that such a company selling such lovely product exist. Don’t really want to cancel but I don’t have the confidents in the company. Just for awareness I apart from for the call on the 12 December 2017 –Roxanne. I also called on the 3 Jan 2018 – Megan, cant trace anything will get Roxanne to call me. Never happened. On the 10 Jan 2018 – spoke to a lady I think her name was Sadenars she didn’t ever have the ability to say or spell her name. AND again On the 11/01/2018 – spoke to Megan will get Roxanne to call me. Still no Roxanne. So I’m at a total loss…….
Tried to get a statement from Std bank, as to see what is still owing, Mow, just said if it is not my account he will not assist me, when I advised him I have authorisation letter and that it is on his system too. He asked when it was with a bad attitude.<br> So sick of std banks treatment.
