I purchased a Samsung contract phone from Cell C, which is still under warranty until the end of my contract. However, my phone suddenly stopped charging, so I took it in for repair since it's still under warranty. The service center booked it for assessment and later informed me that something is missing from the phone. What's concerning is that they were the first ones to open the phone, and I've never tampered with it myself. I'm extremely disappointed because I trusted their service. Now, they're quoting me R6,000 for repairs, which seems unfair considering I'm still paying for the phone but can't use it.
I had 36 months contract with vodacom, I asked them to cancel my contract, received a feedback from that it was canceled and it will be closed in December, it turns out that it was not canceled and they handed the account over to MBD and they have been calling me. I explained to them what happened and they also promised to investigate and feedback however none of them did that, the frustrating part is that I got calls from different people and I had to explain everything from scratch. These people are ruining my credit score.
I went there to enquire about my electricity box that have issues. The lady in counter gave me attitude for days and the technicians came to check the issue and left saying they are going yo get the key around 10 and they didn't come back

I had a contract with Mtn since 2019 towards the end of the year, 2022 I tried to close it since it was supposed to end, I tried to call with no luck then I sent an email hoping they will respond but they didn’t until I did a follow up few days after that email, someone responded asking for my details and I provided them and I have those record but she/he never feedback after. Then this year January I’ve trying to get hold of them sometime I will get someone but after hearing my story he would tell me that he can’t help me. They been transferring me to different department but none of them was helpful. Someone from customer care suggested that I report via email and I did that but still I haven’t got any assistance. The sad part is this my account has been handed over without any communication but I did try to communicate on my side. The sad part is that this is ruining my name I now have a bad credit record because of MNT. Please help me to solve this issue
I bought couches last week Thursday the 10 of Nov and they were delivered on Friday, I told the delivery guy that I am not happy with these couches and the quality is not the same as the one I saw in the shop. I then called the sales man he said I should come to the shop for some paper work when I got there they didn’t give me anything instant they told to live my details they will send email to the head office that was Saturday and they told me that they will communicate Monday because they do not open on Sunday. Monday they kept quite the whole day I then texted them Tuesday and asked about the progress because I have a kid that might mess these couches. Even today I still have them. I want them to take their couches and bring back my money
