Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience. I did not attend the service in question, yet I was repeatedly contacted via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls regarding an alleged unpaid invoice. When attempting to access the invoice using my ID number, the system reflected incorrect information.
Faith was very professional and helpful with our claim for the pets visits. Will always recommend Outsurance to friends and family!
It pains me to write my story about a local business Mrs Paint. Please be aware that this business did not complete their contracted work, which we did email them a list of concerns and ask them when they will rectify these concerns and how. Please note, that they have not responded with any way with how they would help us to rectify our concerns. Mrs Paint has just been threatening and all that we want is for our house to painted right - that's all we want. We paid a deposit of 50k and she said it would take 10 - 12 days, they completed the project only after 6 days and then the next day sent an invoice for the last 30%. No site inspection was done and not even an email or phone call from the owner of Mrs Paint, Lynette le Roux to ask if we are happy or have any feedback. Bear in mind for the 6 days, she was only on site for a few minutes one afternoon. She did not oversee the project at all. Our office floor was destroyed and on email, Mrs Paint - Lynette Le Roux admitted that she used two different shades of varnish for the floor. When we asked her for an explanation and why 2 different colors were used, she stated she will not repeat herself again. However, we were invoiced for 2 x coats of dark oak. All that we wanted was for a painting company to come in and help us make our home a beautiful one and not destroy the house including the drive way (The drive way was newly paved and thanks to their painting has now destroyed it) All I have is one question to Mrs Paint - Are you proud of this work?
DENNIS DUBE will harass you under any means and his manager of department Suneilla Williams does not assist with any complaints brought forth. I have lost my father and then have to deal with this from FNB - It is unacceptable!
Driver of vehicle CA 182 519 almost drove me off the road yesterday. No indicator was used and he did not look to see if the lane was clear. No apology was made. If this is the attitude of the drivers, can you imagine the service from this business. Please make sure that your drivers have valid drivers license and background checks are done before employment as next time, he could cause a serious accident and injure people. Poor oversite from management for hiring someone like this.
After about a year, I had to pop into the branch in Plumstead at the Prospur Centre on my way home and within a year no improvements have been made with regards to the customer service. Let me just say that the Pharmacy department is very professional, the other part of the staff not so much. It's like going to school and its break time. Everyone huddled together by the tills and just chilling as if they need to catch up on the gossip from the first half of the school day. I did mention that there has been no improvement in the service and will not be signing up to the club card. I was just looked at and no care in the world was given. Main point being is I feel uncomfortable AF always at this branch.
Fraudulent company and they spam you continuously. Even when you have requested your number to be removed from their call sheets. This is such a bad idea for a company - Harassing and spamming people for financial benefits. Down right disgusting! Ps: Stop phoning me
Telkom is quick to run after your money. However, their customer service is pathetic and dont get me started on the fact that they outsource their sales to a company that spams you and wont leave you alone even though you have asked them millions of times. So this is my thought behind. Telkom pays thousands to this company to outsource sales but obv with the economy at the moment due to covid, revenue is not coming in like it did in the last few years. So Telkom is having to jump up and down for money from its consumers to pay for their sales expenses. Shame on you Telkom and your directors. Rather use the money to train your customer service reps so that you can leave your customers being happy rather then frustrated and wished that they never signed a contract with Telkom. Sales 101! You cannot sell a service if that service is not up to standard.
