2 weeks ago I visited Vodacom Pavilion branch for a data than the consultant who was helping me said I can cancel this deal anytime free cause it’s work a month to month but now when I’m asking to cancel and being told stories about cancellation fee and staff.@Vodacom why did your consultant lie to me ?im not happy with you at all
I bought a car from Suzuki Pinetown on the 28 January 2025 Suzuki Celario only to find out late February that boot is giving me problems sometimes it doesn’t want to open than I reported the problem to Pinetown Suzuki they said I must come to them I went there than they said they is nothing wrong the boot lid but I told them and showed the videos where it wasn’t opening okay they booked it in than they took it following day for “checking”but still even today the boot lid is still giving me problems right now I’m stucked with grocery on the boot cause it doesn’t open…….im really not happy with suzuki
Buffalo logistics doesn’t do justice for it’s customers I’ve been waiting for my order and it’s with them for almost 2 weeks they keep on saying it’s going to be delivered in 48hours than later receive a messages saying it went back due to wrong address or wrong parcel allocation….i don’t know what to do and how to complain…I’ve never been this angry in my life
I was supposed to receive my delivery early this week (Monday)but it was returned I don’t know….. I’ve again received a message saying I will get my delivery today (Thursday)but now it’s after 17:00 no order,no communication no nothing….Buffalo service is horrible
My mum went to Old Mutual Albert Street (Dbn)she wanted to cancel cash back option nd continue with her policy but without cash back but an Old Mutual guy totally cancelled her funeral cover and opened a new cover so that he will benefit (commission) but that not what my mum asked……that Old Mutual agent is sooooo heartless how can you do such to an elderly person thinking for your commission and not do what was requested…..Old mutual agents are not to be trusted
I’m so angry at Telkom I app**** for contract it approved than Telkom used (courier it) to send my parcel than last week Saturday I received an sms saying my delivery is on it way till todate I haven’t received anything I called courier it and there are saying driver said I was unavailable which is not true okay fast foward this morning I called their switch board they said delivery is on its way but I didn’t receive not even an SMS when I asked why I haven’t received an SMS that lady said she doesn’t know now time is 17:34 still nothing…..I’ve never been this angry Telkom leted me down with this courier it service….I don’t have phone my phone is stucked with them
I was supposed to get my parcel last week Saturday delivery guy called me and tuned didn’t come to my address and he said I was unavailable…..today I called the office there are saying my order is out for delivery but I have received any SMS and no one called me when I asked the office lady why I haven’t an sms if the order is really on it way she just said she have no idea,what a bad service I’m angry I wonder why Telkom is still using this courier it service
Few week ago there were unknown transactions that were happening from my Capitec card while the card was with me,i reported that ***** my card was blocked….last week I made a new card but 3 days ago they were transaction that were happening again while the new was with me again…..even now two unknown transactions just took happened…why is capitec ****ming us like this?im so annoyed by this that means we mustn’t trust capitec
We can’t be in the que for more than an hour without being assisted if the bank needs to hire more staff it must do so not letting us wait more than an hour just because employees are not enough and non is being said to us as clients
Few months ago I complained about Capitec changing my debit orders from other bank to capitec without my consent well they contacted me but couldn’t assist I changed them for myself cause they failed to change one of them, but that was done late so Vodacom charged me extra when I sent capitec manager proof of payment that shows how much more I was charged he’s now ignoring my emails,no longer answer my emails I’m now even thinking of changing Capitec bank
