WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Had a bad experience with KFC Hartfield/Gateway, experienced a bad service - every time we place an order, there is always something missing and I have to call and complain and also on the phone you want for long only for them to play around when you on the line and tell you when the order is out with the driver it is no longer their problem, how rude is that ? The manager there as well she is just the same as all her other subordinates - the other day our order didn't get to us and they didn't care, till today we haven't received an order from 20 January.

Dissatisfied Customer 😭
Had a bad experience with mondo, I was offered a mobile router and then Mondo delivered a home router. Called in to cancel and it was on the same day of delivery, followed all the procedures as I was advised telephonically, the mobile router has been returned to the warehouse or factory but still struggling to cancel the deal, I'm still charged and paying for it, its is now over 6 months paying for a home router that I'm not even using.... When I'm calling in they always say that the matter has been escalated, till today I'm still paying... Worst deal ever, I don't recommend Mondo to anyone Dissatisfied Customer
