We as customers solemnly give recognition and appreciation where its due, what an amazing experience Galliga provided. Keep up the great work Shirley and Team. I will definitely be returning in the future, for those who don't share the same sentiments as I do, please Galliga show them who you truly are, because I know you can.
Placed 4 order, none were delivered, not even one! story after another from Avo and their Suppliers incompetence on another level, I wont even mention their refund process, atrocious, one refund was processed, the others cannot due to technical issues, WOW. Use their platform at your own risk.
If I could I would give -1000 rating, I have never had to beg for a refund like this, at first I was told refunds take 7-14 working days, its day 20 and no one knows anything about my refund. This is most definitely going into my trash list of retailers.
The worst experience ever...how can a online payment dispute be rocket science...I went to the branch and was shown a telephone again...I have been transferred to more then 7 departments...Today im transferring to another bank, my bond as well. Thanks
Imagine being told by a call center agent that it's my job to follow up on my cellphone claim, my claim has been unattended to since last week, no one bothered to inform me after I gave them sisters contacts as I do not have a phone. How do I follow up if my claim is for a phone. The most terrible experience in my entire life.
