These ****** placed my bolt rental vehicle on their fleet without me agreeing too join them a lady from there office phoned me i told her i did not completed the application for their services and does not qualify anyway for the services they offer;but someone at bolt support send my details through too them anyway;they demand no that i must pay them money before they can remove me from there fleet for services i never ever used;when i phone them and ask too speak too tje support supervisor the lady told me no i can't;i dont understand by Bolt allow these type of ********s into tje services we as drivers were orite without them since they on board the making out lifes hell;i had too leave the bolt platform because that ****** dont want to remove the vehicle from their fleet
This company have the worse support team i have also met;they gave away my rent to own car without having sympathy for the challenges i faced;the i had too pay R1100 of money i own too them; this past monday i made their payment and they told me that i will be remove from the fleet later the day it Wednesday today and someone just did not adhere too the request till now;i send messages too there chat group that was supposed too be active from 7h00 nobody responds;the cars are great but the support team is bad
Bolt have transfered my profile without my consent to this ****** smart ops fleet management,i told smart ops that i am not interested in their services but they anyway add my car too there fleet,i ask bolt too remove me from that fleet,they say i must ask them to remove me even tho i never gave concent,smart ops provide services to bolt drivers,i told them i will never use it because i am not interested in it,now they want me too pay 6months subscription and a R300 before they can remove my car.this happen where i told the lady of smart ops i am not interested in the service anymore she went ahead and place my car on there fleet now i must pay to get it off.please drivers dont fall for that and if u using there service time will tell before u hit the fan with them.
I am very disappointed that bolt add me to a fleet which i never give permission to them too do so,they say i have registered which i did not,i started but then cancel the application but they just went ahead with it to add me to smart ops fleet,i never ever wanted too join them and did not but know i must pay 6 month subscription of R65 and a R300 admin fee before i can cancel,is that not day light ******* how can u pay for services u never used,and bolt allows these people too distroy the business relationship i had with them for almost 8 years i am a very high rated driver and my clients love too drive with me,but this is how bolt treat loyal drivers,please my fellow drivers be careful of smart ops fleet management.
I ported my mtn number on Wednesday to join telkom but since then I cannot receive calls ,and the support team could not fix or advice me how to help me
So my dear wife arrange with this bank too deducted a single instalment on the 7th of every month but these robbers decide too deduct a double instalment,this is so wrong and I want to report them by the ombudsman of the bank,any advice pls will be greatly appreciated (angry client).
This lady Miss ADAMS was very helpful and tried her out most best too help me,but all she can do is referral so I beg of rain management to employ more technical staff stop being so cheap,so that our tower can be fix in 47th street ,Connaught Estate,because that’s where we get our signal
