I turned 60 in 2023 app**** for grant was turned down siting i was getting income those income were from.part time jobs i was doing and from family members to survive i have worked for 44 years paid my taxes and also had contributed in some way to the south african economy yet i get refused Sassa grant look like these grants are for a select few also was refused relief grant was unemployed during covid pendamic
Worst piece of dumb ****s to ever deal with I paid my October subscription and requested my debit date changed to 1st of every month and my next debit would have 1st December but these dumb people tried taking out on the 1st of Novener altho my subscription was paid and I received my order now they have cut of my wifi for nonpayment when trying to call them no one answering really such a *********** company
Very bad and arrogant attitude from the lady who processes loans she goes by the name of Patricia at Cash Converters Vorna Valley used to take pay day loans which was paid back on time now due to her arrogance she refuses to give me loans anymore and told me to go elsewhere she always has an hangover and uses that bad mood on innocent people like me she putting her personal feelings before business and just a good paying client i wonder if the new owners know about her mood swings
SA Underwriters more like SA ****mers lying dishonest company to deal with
5 star for delivery 1 star for return bought pair of boots 2 months ago wrong size was sent booked a return to replace with correct size up to now still hasn't been picked up no one to talk they full of **** twice now my purchases were incorrect
Bought safety boots online 2 months ago wrong size was sent instead of size 6 size 8 was sent as of today it still hasn't been picked up and replaced with correct size been phoning but they promise to send courier to collect never happened just lies and bad service took it to Makro to hand it or get it replaced was told can only be done online they have nothing to do with online returns but yet they do online pick ups online service is sad and pathetic those safety boots are needed urgently I won't touch recommend anyone for online purchases from Makro
Worse people to deal with we go to them with our problems in the end your problems are worse then they were ****s n cheats ****mers they don't do what they promise they are so un profeesional
One advise keep away from these guys if you already have insurance with them change fast because when you have had an accident even not your fault example somebody hits you from the back these guys that treat you as a suspect and investigate you as such until they find an excuse not to pay loss adjuster gets a commission if his report rejects a claim which he falsify using underhand tactics I paid insurance from 2017 recently guy smashed in the back of my car writing it of SA underwriters rejected my claim stating I was not the driver of the car bunch of mo good ******* please note car was not ebmven an expensive payout would have been less but they still refused
Worst customer service ever nobody answers the phone and they call themselves service providers more like no service providers tried getting hold of somebody from this morning nothing looks like nobody works there used up all my airtime on this no good idiots I am looking for a better service provider somebody who can atleast afford a call centre
