We did a change of ownership more than a year ago when I bought my vehicle. I have never received any documentation from Auto and General and when I phoned they said that I am not the account holder but the previous owner. Auto and General has been taking money from my bank account for more than a year but refuse to help me with it. I am not allowed any information about this and they won't remove MY banking details. It is honestly a joke and I want my money back. Do not support them

The service is just TERRIBLE!!! I have had gap cover with Ambledown for years now. With every single claim I have to ask why they didn't pay out what they promise to pay. After waiting a month for them to finalise my claim again they never paid my co-payment for the hospital. It is really the worst service ever!

I would like to know that when a message come through for a missed call we get adds about Don't be lonely so to meet other singles. My kids have phones and receive it. It is unacceptable that Vodacom allows this. If they accidentally click on it it is R2/day and I don't want to expose my kids to this. Why is this even allowed in an already sick world we live in?
I placed an order online with Zando and then the money went off my account. I received an email saying that the payment was unsuccessful but it went off my account. I've chatted to Chad J a couple of times on the live chat and also emailed my proof of payment and no reply from them. Just took my money and now they don't reply. I don't get the item or my money. That is stealing.!
I placed an online order on 3 May 2020 and I have been phoning them with no answer. I hold for 20 mins + every time and then just get cut off. The website gives you no indication on when you will receive your order. I have received an email stating thank you for your patience and that is it. I've send numerous emails and get no reply to it. I bought a bluetooth headset from Esquire Technologies on the 30th of September 2018. When I wanted to use it, it was not connecting to my laptop at all so I took it back to the shop to have a look at it. I dealt with a laddy Lebo. She said that she was going to let me know still the same day what is happening. she never got back to me and whenever I phoned she didn't have an answer for me and promised to phone me back. Which she NEVER did. Eventually after 2 weeks I she said that I can come get a new one. I got the new headset and the same day I phoned and spoke to Roshlin and told him that it was making a horrible noise and not charging at all. I returned it on day 3 from when I purchased it and dealt with Roshlin. I told him that it was unacceptable that 2 brand new headsets was not working. The packaging was damaged and sooooo dirty almost looked like it was used. He told me that he would ask for a refund for me. It is expensive and I don't want a headset that doesn't work as I need it for training purposes. I phoned last week and all they said was they will get someone to phone me which I know they never do. Then I phoned and spoke to Shaylin which said he will follow up for me and phone me back. Guess what he never did. Then the next day I phoned again and asked to speak to another manager which was apparently in a meeting and was also told he will phone me back. AGAIN no-one phoned me. So yesterday morning I get a call from Lebo saying that they fixed the unit. A BRAND NEW HEADSET THAT I HAVE NEVER USED FIXED!!!! I said to her why must I get a fixed item if I paid for a brand new one. I also told her that I asked Roshlin for a refund because the service is terrible and really bad quality headsets they are selling. This was yesterday @ 8:37 when I spoke to her. She said that she promises that Roshlin will phone me back within an hour ........... I am still waiting........ I've have never in my life dealt with such incompetent people and poor service. I want my money back so that I can go buy a headset someone else. It is almost a month and a half later and I still don't have a headset for my training !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
