From “Free Delivery” to NO DELIVERY!!
Was offered a voucher for “free delivery” called then to place an order only to be told that the delivery date is too busy and they won’t deliver my parcel - sorry!! Wow Netflorist…….”smooches” obviously false advertising!

Swarovski Brilliant Service!!
Had the most amazing customer service at this store today! Friendly Staff and Manager who went out of his way to resolve the query! This is what Customer service is all about so many South African Companies could learn from these Guys Well Done Swarovski !!!

Is Woolworths Closing Down ??
Is Woolworths closing down stock situation is terrible! Shelves are empty and sadly it’s in most stores in JHB ! and this at a premium price and then no stock! One sure way to lose Loyal customers Woolworths!!

Nando’s turns away Customers 30min before closing time!
Meadowdale - arrived at 20h30 only to be told sorry we can’t help you because we close at 21h00 ?!?!? Keep up Nando’s soon you won’t have customers left - go look at you opposition you will find you ex customers there !

Baywash Alberton - Pathetic Service !!
Took my vehicle for a wash and polish was told it would take 1 hour 30min - it took 2 hours 30min and then the vehicle was not cleaned properly! I showed the “Yard Manager “ who showed no interest and was dismissive. Sad in the economic environment that you treat paying customers like this - this was my first and last time to use your facility!!

Mugg & Bean - 3 terrible Experiences!!
Mugg & Bean used to be a a phenomenal restaurant- wow how times have changed !! I have had three really bad experiences in the last month. Mall of the South Mugg & Bean - had breakfast only to find egg shells in my breakfast and then still billed for the breakfast !! Alberton Mugg & Bean had breakfast - it was presented cold and Jam was opened and used previously and then offered to me for my toast!

Netcare Alberton Emergency Unit - Pathetic!!
Netcare Alberton 24 hr Emergency Unit - absolutely pathetic !! Went there for an emergency was told by a “nurse” that it will take 4-6 hours to be attended to and that without even asking what is wrong!!!! Went to Netcare Linksfield was assisted in 15min
