I am very unhappy with the service I received and this actually feels like a ****. I paid for Wi-Fi installation, and the company scheduled multiple installation dates, but no one ever showed up. Each time, I was promised it would be resolved, yet nothing happened. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete disregard for customers. I’ve wasted time and money, and still have no service. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they drastically improve their reliability and communication.

We attempted contacting the agent from another firm in March 2025 after seeing a house in Bridgetown for help with the application process, but it went horribly wrong. I didn't hear back for more than two weeks before giving up. The greatest estate agents Cape Town has to offer helped my husband and I in May 2025. We found our ideal house on private property, so I messaged the agent. Less than an hour after I sent the message, I got a call, and everything went well. Even though we had no prior expertise, they held our hand and provided us with assistance from beginning to end. We were kept informed about everything you could possibly think of. Thus, the Palmer Team, also known as the A team. Having the two of you on their team is a blessing for Remax. please note that i ordered a microwave online - the driver whatsapp called me he does not even have normal airtime and i obviously missed the call as i never went onto my whatsapp during that time while he was trying to deliver but never even attempted to go to the premises where my parents were waiting the entire day. I was informed via the whatsapp line that it would be delivered today and again, my parents are now sitting and wasting their time waiting the entire day and nobody can assist. this is extremely poor service i need this delivery to take place today i am not going to wait another day.

I have had to worst experience in the world with this company totally pathetic service i signed up with Vox in October 2023 and provided them with my banking details in order for them to do a debit order and since I've been signed up they have suspended my account twice since I've signed up due to none payment yet when i signed up i specifically selected my debit order to be taken on the 26th of each month and they have failed to do so each month since I've signed up i had to do manual payments, i changed my account number due to me switching banks and still they did not debit on the 26th i would have to make manual payments my account is now in arrears due to the fact that in December i waited for them to debit my account and kept checking Vox account in order for me to make a payment as no debit order was going off, my monthly installment is R535 and way after my debit order date in December they debited a R1070 which is absolutely unacceptable i then reversed the debit order as i tried to call multiple times and had no luck speaking to them to find out why i am being billed R1070, i then reversed it and paid my installment of R535 and my account is now suspended as they want me to pay the balance of the R1070 i reversed, worst company i have ever dealt with, i want this cancelled immediately and i refuse to pay anything extra as i arranged for a debit order to be done monthly and they refused to do so i want their equipment collected immediately and want my profile taken off their system i would not encourage anyone to sign up with them
i have been trying to have a judgement removed from my name since 2019 i have sent the necessary documentation, paid up letters and still nothing, this has been affecting my credit score and is making it difficult for me to move forward in life as this keeps popping up and blocking me from everything i do not know how many more emails to send, i have been trying to call and stay on the line for hours waiting on a response but no luck
I wish I knew the name and contact information of the owner of this business because their staff is so unhelpful. I made a payment to settle my account with a discount from MBD staff, and after numerous calls to their company to request my settlement letter indicating that the account has been paid and receiving the response "you will receive it in 2 - 3 days," it has been nearly a month and I am still getting SMS messages stating that I owe money. really becoming ****ed off
