Hi, I am very much disappointed in your service, since I have placed an order on Sunday 02/11/25 till today I have not received my package. You have inconvenienced me big time, remember I have ordered baby’s essentials nappies and formula for my baby not to mention other things. So now my baby doesn’t have nappies and food I thought the package is going to be delivered within 3-5 working days like you have mentioned. I called yesterday (Friday 07/11/25) and they sent the package is out for delivery but I haven’t received it yet 😭😭😭😭😭where am I going to get the money to buy nappies bathong mo di puleng ntse, cause I ordered x2 Huggies Extra care not to mention the formula ngwana a apareng bathong, a je eng? I don’t have money to buy them again while waiting for my order. You just put me in a bad situation I don’t want to lie. I can’t even sleep at night, stressing out 😰 😭😭affecting my mental health 😭😭😭😭 What’s wrong with your delivery service 💔
Hi, I am not happy with your service. Just cancelled my order without calling me first to confirm my address. I need my money now, you are inconveniencing me. Now my baby is crying because of empty stomach what am I going to cook if you just decide to cancel my order like that. I was very disappointed ☹️,I went to The Fix Northam and the service that I received from the store was very unpleasant. I ended up not being assisted, I was not the only one even other customers left because the cashier was not interested in helping us. She just said the speed point cable is loose. Thanks 🤩 to BASH I managed to order online.

Dishonest and misleading consultants,I’m not happy at all with the service that I received from VW Rustenburg, What happened is, they sold me their 3 years service plan that covers from 60km-90km and said that it’s gonna cover up to 90km Last year May I came for 75km service all went well and my car was still on 71km by then Today I came for 90km and my car is still in 83km because I don’t travel a lot…now they’re telling me that my plan expired last year June but I was here in May last year for 75km not 90km, I am confused 😐 I was here on the 12/04/2024 to book for 90km service Lizzel said yes I’m still covered and she wanted to sell me another service plan for +-R11600 that is going to cover up to 120 km then I decline it ,but today she says I’m not covered for 90km and she gave me a bad attitude and said she doesn’t recall me, she referred me to someone else just like that. Now everyone acts surprised, they’re telling me that my service plan expired last year June and I was here Last year May for 75km and not 90km and no one told/disclosed that to me.😭😡😡
I am very disappointed about KFC Northam in Limpopo We have been trying to buy Box Master and Twisters they keep on saying there’s no lettuce since Friday today it’s Tuesday we’re from there they said there’s no Lettuce still😭😡😡😡
I am not happy with Bookings.com Because I paid full amount breakfast was included as well but when I got there they said breakfast is not included because I booked via booking.com Imagine I stayed 3 days without breakfast😡😡😡
I registered with Boston City Campus in Rustenburg 2022 around March.since I logged a request for my fees to be recalculated they said They gonna do it till today they haven’t done that now They wanna hand me over for missing payments. I told the call centre I don’t have a problem with paying my fees if they recalculate them because I have submitted the Certificate as a proof to prove that I have completed the module with the other Institution. I have been doing follow ups but it seems no one is willing to assist me.😡
Good Day I was misled by the consulted called Happy from Innovation group/ MFC she sold me a motor plan service she never mentioned that MFC is borrowing me money, she just said she’s gonna combine the car instalment with the policy because they’re also MFC .. I’m not happy at all The voice record and what’s in black white it’s not the same thing..if she did mention that MFC it’s gonna borrow me money I was not going to agree.
