I had problems with my laptop in December and a technician was dispatched to resolve the issue. The issue reappeared a few days later. We have logged another call two weeks ago. The technician was apparently at our offices but claimed I did not answered my phone and nobody at the office knew who I was. Dell technicians ussually deal with our IT Support team and they have no knowledge of technician being there. I bought my first Dell almost 20 years ago and had it replaced every 3-4 years. I had great service over all these years. But this time I can't recommend DELL to anyone and will not be replacing my machine with DELL going forward as they have lost their support prowness.
Had to amend policy schedule and re-look my policy from a cost point of view. Service was great and efficient. Agents very helpful and friendly. Easy to deal with.

I was trying to resolve an PHP issue and in the process brought our site down. Today Zuber Khan responded promptly and saved the day by promptly and successfully restoring our site. He understood my issue and also provided with step-by-step links that I could use in the future. Great service from a skillful technician.
Price was good, reviews seems to be good but 4 days is not an unreasonable time to expect delivery. Things I order from JHB at other places gets here quicker. Can't recommend
Bought Smoked Chicken Fillets from SPAR Tyger Manor on the 5th of Feb (R28,25) for lunch. Got back to the office only to discover the chicken was off. I could not go back on the same day but kept the item in the fridge and took it back on Monday (today 8th Feb). They're not willing to replace it without a slip. I however showed them the transaction on my phone (time, amount etc). They still could not help me without the slip. I did not kept the slip as I regularly (not anymore) buy from the SPAR (lunch, monthly office coffee/tea supplies etc etc) without any issue. Even though the parcel had no expiry date I don't expect my grocer to sell rotten meat to me. I needed to leave my phone number so they will contact me if they going to replace it which was not acceptable to me. Nevertheless I did not buy my lunch from them today and will not in the future. So whoever reads this..stay away from perishable goods at this SPAR and if you do, keep the slip.
I took my washing machine for repairs on the 6th of January and paid the R200 assessment fee. By Monday the 11th I have not received a quote or any feedback. After I phoned on the 11th LG promised they would provide a quote within 2 hours which did not happen. When they finally responded on the 12th of January I was told that the unit cannot be fixed as the parts has been discontinued. Firstly I find it unacceptable to wait 4 days for a quote and secondly
