Does Sean Nourse know about the poor service we receive?? Is there only one agent responding to queries. No contact number for head office!! No response on chat line, only a naughty chatbot called Willie!! Ag nee man, I didn’t sign up for this!!
Delivered but don’t know who signed?? Did not call me when delivering parcel after clearly requesting. Very bad service, WhatsApp number ending with 666 makes me sick, sick, sick. Agents passing the buck. No management available to escalate. No numbers for driver available. Just accept that your parcel is gone.
I will never order from Temu again. Zero customer service, no way to communicate that I have not received my parcel that they claimed delivered. Temu is not reachable, no human contact.

Prospective tenants have to provide documentation before viewing a property!! A certain landlord was prevented from having a very good tenant because of their suspicion. The rude agent actually hung up on the call twice. Please don't lease your homes with them!!

I should have read reviews before hiring with AVIS (Budget). What a disappointment. Received a vehicle that was R80 short of fuel. Filled up just before returning the car and they still invoiced me another R294 for fuel. Hardly used the car. I have a feeling they add costs because of the discount through the FNB app (e-bucks). So what is the point of receiving E-bucks rewards if you don't benefit? Contacted customer services, they have no power, tell you to send email. No response. AVIS - please refund me with the R294 you deducted and a further R80 since the car was not full in the first place.
FNB must help themselves before they promise to help anyone!! I must pay for your upgrades and downtime.
EBUCKS FACADE. A while ago ebucks was “upgrading”. For some time the track rewards option was not working. I kept on going back to check but it was under construction. When it started working again I went down to level 2. Now my benefits I had on level 5 are suddenly gone. I worked hard doing things I didn’t like to get to level 5. Now there are more requirements to earn points, instant payments, pay bills etc. Tell me FNB WHERE DO PEOPLE IN DEMANDING JOBS AT LEVEL 5 FIND TIME TO PLAY AROUND WITH EASIPAY AND PAYSHAP??? I USE THE SAME PREFERRED METHOD TO MY ACCOUNTS. Why do you reward me for these options?? You made changes on my profile, then insist it was *****, inconvenience my life by blocking my profile, cancel my cards and now you refuse to reinstate my ebucks level. For the first time I honestly feel like shifting my business to a more rewarding bank!!
