I have been with them for over a year now. Everything was going well but then about 3 weeks ago, I started experiencing network issues. I logged a ticket with the helpdesk. I called about a week later to follow up. They said someone would get back to me within 48 hours. Another 2 weeks have passed and nothing has been done.
Excellent service received from Khaz Naidoo at Business Banking Durban! Efficient, helpful and friendly service. Would highly recommend her to all of my clients.

They were installing their cables on my street and cut my service providers fibre line in 2 places!!! Now I am sitting without fibre due to their incompetence! I will never use them!
I am a client of courier guy. I have a registered account with them for shipping parcels. Unfortunately, my experience with them is always terrible. They give a quote for a certain amount and after I pay for the quote, a few days later they debit my account again. This has happened on a number of occasions. When I query this with them, they keep telling me that they made an error with the weight or measurements. I sent an item that weighed 7kgs and they charged me for 92kgs! They are absolutely hopeless.
Absolutely terrible customer service from HiFi Corp! I purchased a tablet from the Amanzimtoti branch on 6 August 2021. The tablet stopped working early May 2022. I took it to the store and was advised by Thoriso at customer service that they do not have stock of the tablet but they would call me the following week when the new stock arrives. He even referred to his manager (Perline) who said this was in order. I did not hear from them the following week so I called in and spoke to Thoriso. He advised that they do not have stock of that specific tablet but I can upgrade to another tablet and pay in the difference. I accepted this offer. I went into the store the following week only to be told by Thoriso that the problem with the tablet was not covered under the warranty. This was not mentioned previously. I asked to speak to the manager (Perline) but she was on leave. I then asked to speak to the branch manager but he was in a meeting. I have also logged a complaint on their website. I was told by Glendle Bock that the item does not qualify for an extended warranty. I explained to him that it is still within the 12 month warranty. This was the last communication I received from them (on the 21st of June). I am absolutely disgusted by their lack of customer service. Firstly, I got the run-around from their branch and now customer service department is ignoring me!
Ordered a TV online on 22 May 2022. I was told it takes 7 working days for delivery. The 7 working days has long passed. I have been trying for days now to get an answer from them but to no avail. I have emailed, live chatted and even tried calling the Gateway Branch. Nobody seems to know what is going on or where my order is. They have given me a tracking number but the courier company (Dawnwing) says that they cannot trace the parcel. Game should not claim that they can deliver within 7 working days if they are unable to do so. Terrible customer service.
Took my family to watch a movie. I have a 5 year old boy. I was told he is not allowed to watch a movie with an age restriction of PG13. They obviously don't understand that \PG"means that the parents are allowed to decide whether or not they want their child to watch the movie."""
What a great experience! Well prepared food. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. One of the best branches around. Keep up the good work.
