Hello Peter Am still waiting for Nedbank to call me as promised since my money was missing into their account this not right I want my money back.
I wanted to know how long does it take to get my dispute money into my bank account cause I went to the branch asking if they can closed the account on my name....Fnb is not saving me money but eating my money now they say I owe them R2,180 for what...an I have cancelled their funeral plan and other stuff other debit orders so am still waiting for my money into my bank account it's not coming.
Hello Peter Same story as last 2month happened again today when I check my app fnb app they say I have expected downfall of R-722 meanwhile bank charges is R-178 so the money came in R11,780.81 into my account then my R722 was taken and also the bank charges am sick and tired of Fnb repeating the same story over and over thinking I won't notice I want my money back and they must shut down their account immediately I don't want it anymore they ****ming us R722 is too much.

Hellopeter I used to have an account with Nedbank on January I went to the event somewhere and they asked if I can provide the banking details for payment and I gave them my Nedbank,I was waiting for my money to come in but nothing when I go to the branch they told me the account is closed and the money bounced back to the company. I went back to the company they showed me prove of payment and yes it says payment successfully paid now I went to Nedbank so they give me a prove or a letter shows when was my account closed but they said they can't give me anything.what am asking my self is where is my money cause the company paid me and they showed me a prove what happened R2000 it's a lot of money just to give it to Nedbank for free please help
Hello Peter I opened an easy account last month with fnb at Laudium branch where by I was told the card will only charge me R6,74 a month,so now for the first month money gets into my account R500 was gone I don't know why and how. Now we on the second month when I check on the app it says I have expected shortfall of R747 for what I don't know because my account is new and there's only 1 funeral policy debit order and the rest I don't know where they come from.. Is this really how they make money with us like am ****ed now I can't pay them that much for what I don't know. And again I want my money back the first R500 they took.
Hi there am writing this review with a broken heart, I had simcard contract with Telekom and it happened that I lost my job and wouldn't afford to pay it I tried going to the nearest branch at nkomo village at attredgeville they so useless now my balance it's higher because no one wanted to help me what they say is I must dial on my personal phone to get In touch with their head office. What is the main reason they at the mall while they not helping me I want to know who to contact at Telkom head office cause the crazy amount they show me here am not gona pay it.... It's either they reduce it or I can't pay it thanks.
Helopeter I have a sim contract with telkom so what happened is I missed my payment for 1 month which was 730 and now I phoned them back to do a payment arrangement they told me that I need to pay 2000 while the simcard wasn't working. So I don't understand why should they raise my fees while am not using the simcard,and I never signed any terms and conditions that if I miss payment they will put interest this is unfair I need my sim back so but their money can't afford to pay it now n it keeps on going up I don't know why....my name is joniky monepya.
I app**** for telkom Sim n a mondo consultant called everything was finalized n address they sent my package to wrong address n I changed it now its been days since am waiting for my simcard it never arrived their service is poor. The lady I spoke to even on whatsapp is ignoring me now pls help
