terrible service
when you pay your account they still deduct from your bank account and when you call you can never get a hold of them and they ignore you when you send them emails how are you suppose to get hold of them?

I called in to confirm stock availability and i had Donovan saying they need to order the item. when i mentioned to him that their website stated they had stock he became rude

Pathetic Service
Pathetic service! has clients cars for long periods and everytime they call there is something else wrong with the car. the Owner Bradley Leech is so rude it is obvious he does not know what he is talking about when he opens his mouth. he is taking the client and insurance for a ride and he is dragging Bosch's name down with him

Unhappy loyal client
Been a client of theirs for a very long time and even referred people to them. had the worst experience with them lately. we recently moved homes and requested our line to be moved. was a terrible experience in moving the line first the line got cancelled before it had to be then they sent a sub contractor's subcontractor to come and install of which the technicians was rude and arrogant. after VUMATEL being down in our area we noticed how terribly the guys did the installation outside our yard. now seems like someone janked on our cable on the outside and it is taking Webafrica more than 2 days to get someone to fix it. the customer support whatsapp line is a bunch of doodoo as you can never get any support. we have been without internet for 4 days now and been on their case (CEO level) to get it sorted and nothing but end of the month they want payment for the days which we are down.

Terrible service from an accounts side.
Terrible service from an accounts side. No communication from there side and it takes forever to get answers with regards to a COD application. When you ask for managers they conveniently not available
