This is very disheartening because I'm experiencing this for the second time at the same store McDonald's in Diepkloof Square. I'm not quite sure if it is intentional or it's an honest mistake. I do believe mistakes should happen once not twice. My first experience is where I ordered a mcfeast. And when I arrived at work I was given a big Mac. My second experience is when I ordered two jalapeno meals only to arrive at home and I then received one. I took it upon myself to call the store as soon as I got home and I realized that my order was missing. I then spoke to one of the ladies that was on the shift yesterday night this was around 20:45 to 20:50. Who apologize for their mistake and asked me to come to the store today. Upon arrival at the store I asked the gentleman that was at the front desk if I may speak to the lady in question. With no disregard I was told she's not there. He then proceeds to walk away with not wanting to find out the reason I am there and if he can assist me with anything further. It is very disheartening that they made a mistake I took it upon myself to make the call and to get myself to back to McDonald's diepkloof square at my own expense to be given such a service after the staff made a mistake that had nothing to do with me. I am truly disgusted by this type of behavior
I have been buying the clicks toilet paper for a well now and the more I purchase the terrible the product becomes I don't know if you have changed the product but it is very unpleasing. We cannot buy two-ply toilet paper and receive such.
On the 5th of February 2025. I made my way to diepkloof square in Soweto. Wanting to redeem my points by ordering a meal I then proceed into using their ordering machines by clicking and scanning my code to redeem my points and order meal. My points are redeemed but their machines stops working. They didn't tell me I cannot receive my order but my points have been redeemed and I was told that my point would come back the next day. The store manager was no help sitting on her phone and not giving me away forward. Why does McDonald's have an app and says we can redeem our points but when we go to their nearest store we are told a different story and the attitude is disgusting. List all happened in Diepkloof square McDonald's
I don't think one can explain the frustration of trying to reset a password while you have no idea how to go about it. Making matters worse if you had lost the primary number you had registered with. I can't express the gratitude I have and the joy of receiving such an amazing service from one of the consultants in the betway customer care. I have made numerous calls trying to reset my password and change my number. Only to be assisted with one of the most gentle and patient consultants have ever come across. I would like to give a special thank you to Martin. For your patience and guidance. To the Betway South Africa I would like to inform you about a special individual that is working for your company. I was assisted with respect and patience my matter has been solved thank you Martin once again ‼️‼️
We arrived at the FIRE LAKE GRILL HOUSE & ****TAIL BAR. Firstly it was the look given by the lady at the door. Then she through our menus on the table and left With explain if they have an specials or anything. The staff basic they service on how you look and they sees if you are worth being given a good service or not
I have never seen such horrible packaging in my whole entire life. The shoes look like I bought them in Johannesburg CBD at some corner. I sent an email and I haven't received a response back. Their customer care line is not going through
Motse was lijane ok furniture The consultants in this store are rude and have poor customer service. We were told to set on chairs while their are on they phones while telling us that the person that is supposed to assist you is not in the store we waiting up to 35 minutes. Also had to return to the store but was told that we are going to get a call did not receive a call then we decided to go back on our own. Their services absolutely disgusting

I placed an online order last night and called online services if it's possible for me to change the t-shirt and get a black one. I was then told by the person that was assisting me that I can't change the order but I can wait to receive the order and going change the order in store. Then after person that assisting me told me which store has t-shirts . I was then told that sandton has nine units. I have called two times already trying to get assistance. And spoke to the person managing the department. The line has been dropped on me two times already without any assistance. I have never come across such horrible behavior. Reply (0)
