My experience with "Supersonic" Wi-Fi providers has been a disaster. When I signed up with them, they took all my personal details to debit my account every month the first few months was debited then they stopped debiting, and they failed to contact me to notify me that they are facing issues debiting customers' accounts. Fine I made it my Duty as a customer to contact them I did it via email and phone calls. After months of not getting any response from them via email and WhatsApp customer service today I have given them a call after many attempts I spoke to an agent that told me "I NEED TO PAY THE FULL OUTSTANDING AMOUNT TO GET MY LINE BACK" they couldn't even notify me that they going to cut my line. This is so unfair cause my kids use the Wi-Fi to do schoolwork watch videos and myself. I have asked the agent kindly if it's possible for I to pay half the amount so my line can be up and running again I was told not possible at all. We have debit orders on our accounts for many things if I missed payment why couldn't an agent inform me that they are having issues debiting customers' accounts. Such Poor Customer Service. Now in stuck with no Wi-fi. After I spoke to an agent today, they actually sent me a statement for a first time, but they couldn't contact me when they had an issue debiting my account.
Hi Rain can you please assist me with my refund. Please do a follow up I'm sure your guys can remember me your guys requested me to change my billing details so I have done that can your guys please 🙏 refund I can't go another 2 months asking your guys assistance.

So my husband and I bought a half chicken and chips from Mochachos at signet terrace shopping center in lenasia they just recently upgraded the restaurant. Gosh I tell you the chicken was so dry no even sauce and the chips was not even fresh I was so disappointed cause I was so looking forward to having a nice meal. They upgraded they restaurant they should try to upgrade they time in the kitchen it was very disappointing cause we really enjoy machachos chicken.
I am honestly disappointed with rain customer service. I made a additional payment in October on top of my full payment for my line. I received a email from rain saying my additional payment that I made in October will be added in my November payment. On the date of my debit order rain debits the full amount so what is happening with my additional payment where it is. I suppose to be refunded yesterday but again no response from rain. Do I have to actually go to small claims court so I can receive my additional payment that I made on the rain app. I even have proof this is so disappointing cause I am asking for assistance from last month till today.
Hi guys I worked for the owner of love of pretty its products from China and its available on Takealot as well. On face is called 4D Love Of Pretty Cool Things. So I did not complete this ladies work this work cause I was not feeling well she is a Indian lady like myself told me I take her money and I don't do her work she blocked me after been so rude she even said I choose to not feel well. How do you control your body of not getting sick. I worked for her one week did her invoicing ,advertising so this lady does not want to pay me for one week. Now she blocked me on WhatsApp. She is the owner of www.loveofprett.co.za her products are on Takealot as well. Do not treat people like this especially a mother of kids....
What can I say my husband took me to ocean basket for our 5 year anniversary. And the food was so divine, so delicious. The service was on time I was really happy with everything. Ocean basket at trade route mall your guys are honestly doing a fantastic job. I'm really impressed with the chefs in the kitchen thank you so much for the amazing delicious food my husband and I enjoyed every bite we took. Excellent work.
My husband and I purchased a mini projector from them. It was told every was working. Was given a 3month warranty on it. We need something to watch movies cause of our kids plus due to load shedding our tv got damaged. To it home the USB wasnt reading, we couldn't contact our phones plus we couldn't contact it to our PC now what's the use having it. So we took it back remember it was our very first time purchasing something from them . The guy at the shop tells us he cant do anything from his side we have to go to another shop of his to get the device checked by his I.t guy. This is honestly poor service. Tayob technologies at trade route mall should up they game a little especially when a customer spends his last money at your store
Mr Don is a very unfair manager of this company. I He says one thing and does another. I His not a helpful or understanding person at all. He offers you a job then does not bother to help you. He gives you work that was not done 2 years ago you get it done then kicks you up in the ass. I Mr Don is such an unfair person.
This is really sad my family and I need help with getting a roof over our days and a consultant tells me her company won't allow it. What is this world coming to. Can not even help.
