Bad service ever, drove a car for six months then encountered mechanical issues and the dealership is not willing to assist no warranty was issued now the only thing the are good is lying and empty premises,coming up with stories that the cables have been eaten by rats yet the car is full of types everywhere went to the dealership the sales manager is not helpful at all.Its been a month now I’m really gonna take this further no dekra report was issued the sales person keep saying he did a quality check I must enforce communication it’s been a month with run arounds and I’m expected to more than 60K for a car that i bought six months ago and it started acting up after I took for a service on the 02 August 2024 then the 12th of August 2024 it broke down how so I need explanation and that I’m a women I’m willing to take this far. I’m not gonna leave this slide I’m paying for a car that I’m not using.
I'm not happy at all and I'm so whiling to take this further. The device was install already in January it was the agreement between the dealership and you guys and after installation I was told I will get a call till today but I get SMS that I'm owing I must pay or I will be listed how so I cant access the app nor track my trips I called yesterday for cancellation I cant cancel y? and I called with no help the I went to install the device of my choice now ,poor service ever wouldn't recommend to anyone the agents are very rude when u call to call. the sad part no debit order ever went through but I'm gonna be listed.
Bad service ever, I took my car driving to car service city Germiston it was it was st********** and the head office is not helpful at all I paid for my car to be broken can you imagine the warranty also paid they took advantage that I’m a woman I’m so taking further action I regret taking my car there now and the engen sized and the car was serviced by them not checking the oil can I have my refund 😡😡😡😡
I’m really angry and frustrated, l have been a loyal customer to the business after a month an item in my wish list today it was available after I got a notification I did my purchase successfully then I get a message after 2 hours that my order is being cancelled. I had to call to get the reason not even an email my refund is been processed who said I want a refund? I was happy that I finally got my size after the waiting I’m so done this is not fair at all I will expose the business for this 💔😡😡😰😡😡
I feel like Telkom is failing me as a customer I'm complaining to all the platforms with no reply I asked for cancellation of insurance for another device till to date no replay I'm angry and disappointed and wish I knew further steps to take because clearly I'm not taken serious as a customer will fight till the end wont leave this slide serious.
I have a serious issue with Telkom they only know customers when they want sales after the sale you nothing September I order my IPhone 13 online it came after 3weeks after calling them and nagging it wasn’t the colour I ordered I was angry and frustrated, I then learn to love the black colour that was delivered then same week in October I called the insurance to insure my phone then the lady answered the phone and said one of the agent will call and assist indeed she called she assisted and confirmed my insurance was gonna be R240 she will send supporting documents I then realise in my January bill that the is no insurance I went to Telkom Mall of the South I didn’t get assistance the attitude was on another level eventually they confirmed I only have 1 insurance for my other phone that I requested to cancel after claiming for that phone it took me a month to get a replacement I have been calling Telkom insurance with no luck all I get is rude people with attitude and no help I did send emails to admin plus with no reply I requested recordings all agents tell me different stories the other agent told me my issue is been escalated and it will take two weeks to get back to me I called already the first week of Jan yesterday I called the manager told me I need to go to the store I’m from the store I got their number I’m frustrated and angry I will never recommend Telkom to any one the service is very bad I’m with an expensive phone without insurance and I did my part and called the insurance after receiving the device I need help telkom must insure my phone. I took a 36 months contract still have a long way I’m frustrated need help as soon as possible @Telkom SA
