So its time for my Upgrade and I have been cheated by Vodacom agents so many times on call center deals , so I get a good packaged form the call center agent and ask to get the same when activating it in store Now they cant arrange that , does Vodacom really not care that the person who drives to their store be treated for the same package and value as the call center deal , this is madness and does not make sense why they same package cant be matched in store ,. I have been burned every time with call centers upgrades , Why not allow a person to have a in store experience with another human being that you look in the eyes and get the same deal and personal service . Sorry I forgot there is millions of users out there why would I expect good quality honest service if you have such a big market
Johan assisted to upgraded my batteries and settings on my systems, adjusted the charging rate and advised on new upgrades for future options . Its truly a privilege to have someone like Johan and Centurion Solar that not only knows the products but also has a passion for what he does . I'm saving daily compared to Eskom and with all the cable theft and sub stations blowing up have not looked back even 1 day Thank you Johan and Nadene and Centurion Solar
My Mother was in Hospital in September of 2025 and I was phoned by the Hospital 4 to 5 times the day she was released in September of 2025 as they need the bed and became aggressive on the matter , and on collecting her I asked if the was any bills to settle and they said no all done with the medical aid and I paid at the pharmacy bill myself , now in Jan of 2026 the Hospital has handed my mother over to a bad debt recovery agency and after I have asked them to forward me the info and bills to review still no feedback so who is not doing their job or at least assist us to get to the resolve of this matter

I love the station but for some reason they play the same songs every day Some songs like Pink Pony Club 2 to 4 times a day ...there is 1000's of songs out there why not play different ones ...I really cant listen to this Pink Pony Club one more time ...starting to hate the song
In all my years of buying food at Steers it always had great taste and good value , never have I walked away thinking this is daylight ******* .This weekend its my 1st and ever to think that steers have lost the plot . The Cheesy BBQ Double burger with Chips is a joke There is so little chips and the Burger is not much bigger than a R5 coin , really steers have you decided to rob people with such false marketing .Looking at the photos on their bord inside you would at least think the size is Bigger .Then at least add a size diameter in your shops for public to know the real size . I will not buy from Steers again if this is the way their future product offerings is going , really shocked

Extremely rude driver that went to the wrong adress and building and when he phoned me I corrected the gent about the right adress and building twice , on the 3rd time he told me the wrong adress and building and I started to correct him again he became rude and defensive with me , I told him to stop the nonsense and drop of my package , the wrong adress was about 2 min drive from my building and the driver has not shown up since our call . Hence he is now being spitefull about my package and the bahviour and rudness was uncalled for , really shocking experience , worst ever....
Spam calls is such a pain especially if company's such as Cartrack keeps using the same telephone lists , despite several previous calls where I asked them not to contact me again as I do not have use for their services or product Now when the consultant phones me and I decline it once again there is no telephone manners or any decency related to the call , they just hang up and waits your time .....Car track please wake up and train your sales staff at call centers....when they are rude the intended customer will not buy your product Wow I am now so eager to buy your product from all the spam calls and rude staff ....great way to stimulate the market !
Despite a cancellation in services of more than 8 years already , the accounts and sales departments of DSTV keep phoning me telling me that they are busy with my account to upgrade and more Honestly this call comes thru 2 to 3 times a year and worst of all when I politely say to the person on the other line my subscription was cancelled more than 8 years ago there is a silence and then they just cut the phone off , no sorry or apology ...I think DSTV sales staff should be schooled in basic manners and customer phone calls training Its shocking how they conduct their calls and accounts
