Yesterday I complained on how they terminated my policy without engagement with me. I called them yesterday demanding that my policy be re-instated and said they were to look into the matter, I am pleased to advise that my policy has been reinstated today and have also been furnished with policy document

Bad,they have includes fees which they could not explain what is it for. I asked but could not get proper response except to say it's go everyone

Paid for collection of a parcel yesterday which was supposed to have been collected by 17:00 but it was not. Have been following up with them since this morning and the parcel has still been not collected,despite promises made
We insured our premises with king Price with the agreement that the property will be covered for damages as a result of unforseen conditions,,i.e weather fire et. Pretoria experienced unpleasant weather condtions last year September where the strong winds hit our premises and damaged roofing structure. We lodged claim with insurance but it was rejected. We request your intervention on the matter
I lodged a vehicle claim with them yesterday as my car hit a pavement and got damaged. I sent picutures and my vehicle was towed to a panelbeater. Today they call to say that they can't pay for it based on assessment report. When I called, the panelbeater advised me that he never got a chance to look at the vehicle as it was towed in late. I called iwyze again and apologized saying it was based on digital assessment and physical one has not been done. How could they lie as they even said they assumed that pictures were from the panelbeater where the vehicle was towed in. Please help me get my car paid for. I never skipped a month without paying insurance,yet I have a situation and they don't want to pay
Airrion Raymond was prossional during our conversion, able to listen to what I was saying and provided a relevant response. He was trustworthy as he promised to follow up on my matter and give feedback, he did that diligently so.
