Yesterday I complained on how they terminated my policy without engagement with me
Yesterday I complained on how they terminated my policy without engagement with me. I called them yesterday demanding that my policy be re-instated and said they were to look into the matter, I am pleased to advise that my policy has been reinstated today and have also been furnished with policy document

Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Metropolitan *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* I took a life cover with Metropolitan,,which I think was sometimes in 2006, the policy was paid through bond.I received a call sometimes in July that Metropolitan will no longer be taking money from the bond as they were running a certain project and monies will have to be debited directly from clients' bank accounts,,a form was sent to me, which I filled and submitted, to my surprise I received an e-mail today indicating my policy has lapsed due to non-payment. This is frustrating as Metropolitan never communicated with me on the process they engaged on with the bank, submitted the form as requested and now they are cancelling my policy. Momentum is one insurance that can be really trusted and celebrated for excellence. They always render best service and put people first. They understand frustrations clients go through times of need and are able to provide professional and ethical service. Over the years of my contract with them, I never had issues with how they communicate, the premiums paid are reasonable and support provided during claiming period is heart-warming. I appreciate their service and will choose Momentum insure over and over again.

We insured our premises with king Price with the agreement that the property will be covered for damages as a result of unforseen conditions,,i.e weather fire et. Pretoria experienced unpleasant weather condtions last year September where the strong winds hit our premises and damaged roofing structure. We lodged claim with insurance but it was rejected. We request your intervention on the matter

I lodged a vehicle claim with them yesterday as my car hit a pavement and got damaged
I lodged a vehicle claim with them yesterday as my car hit a pavement and got damaged. I sent picutures and my vehicle was towed to a panelbeater. Today they call to say that they can't pay for it based on assessment report. When I called, the panelbeater advised me that he never got a chance to look at the vehicle as it was towed in late. I called iwyze again and apologized saying it was based on digital assessment and physical one has not been done. How could they lie as they even said they assumed that pictures were from the panelbeater where the vehicle was towed in. Please help me get my car paid for. I never skipped a month without paying insurance,yet I have a situation and they don't want to pay
