Value Logistics is one of the worst Logistic ever to deal with. They promise to deliver ,but the delivery only pop up the next day. Management promise to deliver ,but do not pitch up as promised. If you try to call them on there cell number,they do not pick up. This is the branch in the Western Cape Kraaifontein.

Mweb will be your worst nightmare. Email server is pathetic : Emails are delayed Email only pop after two days Emails cannot be opened ; Call center are robots All you read is how can we assist ( No solutions )

MWEB is taking its clients for ride. There EMAIL address on there Website are not working . If you call them on the Telephone number ,which they supply you , you are bound to wait at least one hour and if you are lucky to get through they transfer the call to another department.While waiting for them to answer the telephone your airtime has run up so they know you will never get to them. The last time my telephone bill ran up to R 30.00

Ford Spares *******
I have owned a Ford Ikon for the past 10 years. What have surprise me that the Electric window switch on the driver side ,have broken now for the second time in less than four years. What makeds matters worse, the price has gone up 300% in the past few years. Ford seem to know about the problem and still take the oppertunity to rip us off

Games lack of Technical Support
I purchased a vacuum cleaner from Game,and the first six months of owing it the vacuum cleaner seized to work. When returning the vacuum to Game , they said it was the dust bag that need to be cleaned.( General Knowledge)The main problem it only works for about ten minutes then it stop working ( Technical Fault )Game should have sent the vacuum in for techinical check in the first six months i complained. Now the guarentee is over ,now they decide to send it for technical test on my expenses.

Loged a complain with MTN Received a Reference number for the complaint. A few days later i contact MTN on a update for my complain. To my surprise the call Centre told me the refernce number do not exist Shame on you MTN
