Game online uses them. Absolutely horrific!
Horrific courier service. From being **** to about a puncture, to rerouting orders, to not answering almost 15 missed calls. Terrible. I will NEVER order from Game, and will never use these guys as a courier service

Game Stores Online is a SCAM!
Never ever ever buy from Game Stores on line. They are a fraud. They lie about delivering goods and definitely do not stick to their 10 day promise. I've called 13 times since the 9th of December wanting my stuff, and have received no assistance what so ever. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Thieves who double charge you!
Scammers and thieves!! I called their call center in April to cancel my 4g and upgarde to 5g. I was told that this (i.e. the cancellation) was already actioned on their end. For the second month in a row, Im being charged for both 4g and 5g!!!! Im extremely angry! Pay back my money, scammers!

Racial discrimination during pre-delivery
I received an unpleasant call yesterday from Narouk who informed me that Aramex does not deliver to the Imbali township despite me having paid for delivery of R150. Reasons were not provided however I was informed that I would need to collect the delivery from a mall literally 5kms from the provided delivery address. As the places highlighted where Aramex does not deliver, happen to be predominantly black township areas, I do have reason to believe that the current business model is implied racism and discrimination to those that do not live in suburban areas. This is unacceptable in 2021.

Damaged and missing items. Do not use these removers!
Relocated my goods from Durban to Johannesburg. Boxes were broken, missing items were identified, numerous large items were damaged (desk, fridge, couch, coffee table) through sheer neglect. The delivery team was rude and late. Didn't even receive an apology from the consultant (Melinda) when this matter was escalated. Never use this substandard moving agent, regardless of how cheap they may be.

Disgusting service. Do not use these people.
This is the second month that the company has not paid my rental for the previous month. The fact that no one bothers to answer emails sent to them is beyond frustrating. I honestly cannot wait for my contract to end with this pathetic company. I would much rather pay the hefty fees of normal rental agents where my monthly rental will be guaranteed and arrive on time.

Completely terrible service
Absolutely rubbish service. You can't ahold of the agents, you're constantly given the run around, they will owe you money unless you follow up aggressively. If you have a choice, DO Not use these people.
