Good afternoon I have called earlier on today to request my title deeds which I was supposed to be handed over long time ago after buying a house .the lady who was assisting me over the phone she said she is going to do follow up and call me back since I have been waiting for her to call me back but she didn’t and is so frustrating because the title deeds i want to hand over to the other attorneys as I’m selling my house please assist my id is 8408290941084 registration number 2006/150666/23
City of tshwane is a **** there reaping us as community I received a statement last month18/10/2024 which shows that my outstanding balance is R3297.36 I paid 2500 for me to buy electricity because i was not able to recharge electricity without paying municipal after paying I tried to buy electricity and boom no electricity and I called call center and explaining what im facing when I try to recharge I gave her my account number which is 5018288629 yoo I didn't believe what she talked me she said I'm owing 34000 which I don't understand how because I pay my account every month she talled me that it happened that municipal was under billing me even though it won't get to that amount of money I started staying here last year July and I go to rossyln there talled me that my account is owing close to 6000 and I paid it even though was a new development I said let me start my New home with 0 balance account and now this from 3000 to 34000 there is something which is not adding up with there billing system. How could I pay such ridiculous amount I want to know how did my statement ended to 34000 form 3200 because this is **** really I feel so sad because there don't even call there just send their redeculs statements or you will get it when you try to recharge electricity
Saturday 16 November 2024 I make deposit st capitec so****uve when I was busy ATM closed the White roller door thing I immediately called tall free number to make sure that my money is has gone through to my account the gave me ref number and talled me that the matter will be attended Monday as ATM custodian don't work weekend so I must call Monday to do follow up .today I called yoo I was not happy about the answer I got from one of capitec consultant over the phone she talled me that she is not sure about turning around time it can take 30 days for my cash jam query to be resolved don't you think is quite stressing for other queries to take so many days especially cash jam and for your consultant not knowing their exact turning around time it's inconveniencing and stressing imagine making deposits of R9800 when you done roller door of ATM closed and here I have business to run Money was for stock now I have to wait for so many days for me to get my money .improve your services as Bank and upskil your consultant your can't tell customers that you don't know what is the turning around time or I'm not sure is unprofessional .I need exact date that when am I going to get my money can my query resolved please here is the ref number 126195815 I have business to run that money was for me to buy stock there answers I'm getting is not what I want .was expecting to get better service like what I got how could cash jam take the whole month what a worse Bank ever I won't recommend it to one of my close family and friends 0786257356 my name is ronewa prudence singo unhappy client
Im so disappointed on the service i get from fnb Pretoria north i experienced a atm cash jam Sunday 11/09/2024 I did go to the branch Monday 12/09/2024 to fill up dispute form there talled me that there gonna credit the money within 48 hours but it took them the whole week to resolve the query I called Friday to do follow up the lady who was assisting me over the phone said she will do follow up but when I called she tells me that I must wait till Monday 26/09/2024 causes my query is not resolved yet.there have bad customer service 😭😭😭how could cash jam take 2 weeks to be resolved and telling customer false information of 48hours wich doesn’t even exist with them there number I called is 0873453660 I have been helped by issabello

I and my husband did a laybye of 30000 on the couch last year July the couch was 60000 and early June this year we decided not to take couch we go to kolonade mall for cancelation of lay bye consultant who was helping us talled us to call head office for cancelation we did that and the said we must wait for 14 working days we did wait then we were supprised not getting the refund cs 14 days was over and we called again the said the sent us cancelation form via email we must fill it and send it back and count another 14 working days we did that now another 14 days is over no refund no communication yesterday my husband goes to kolonade branch but he didn't get any help I tried to communicate with online consultant siphiwe he said we must fill another cancelation form wich is unprofessional and helpless how could we keep on filling and sending same form we need the matter to be resolved or we gonna take the matter to ombudsman cs we are tired being sent piller to post. If we were owing it was gonna be simple for you to call us to remind us about our negative account I'm so disappointed on your service. Poor customer service ever
Script there have worse service ever the gamble with our life we taking chronic med. There keep on delaying when it to them to deliver medication there services is so poor.
