Today I went to The local choice pharmacy in Pretoria Sunnyside(the biggest one). I went to get my family planning injection and I must say that the lady nurse there was so rude. I was due to go on the 20th of Feb but I couldn’t because I was out of the country. The old woman did not even want to know why I didn’t come on that day. She just told me that she will not help me because my date has past and that she does not even see the reason why they give us the dates and went on to shove me off by giving showing me her hand and said I must go. While I was talking to her she ignored me and went ahead to speak to the people behind me. She has no respect, I’m a mother like her and I’m a wife like her and to give so much disrespect infront of people and yet you made an auth to serve us with respect! I will not let her go, I’m going to make sure that she trends and to ensure that The local choice pharmacy knows the type of employees they hire…
I must say that I’m very disappointed with the service. When they want business then their lines are working but when you want to get hold of them then their busy working on a new system therefore their line are offline. They debited my account in December and I still have not received my order, no one is attending to my emails but they are busy posting and responding to some queries on social media. If you not going to send my order please refund my money. We heading to another debit order date, if I don’t get my order within the next 5 days I will stop and dispute the current debit order and the next one. Stop trying to **** people!!! Nxa!!!
I must say that i am very unhappy with the service that I got from an agent today from Rain. I have a promise to pay arrangement with Rain that i made because of my employment status that goes off once every month on the 28th. So this month 3 debit orders went off which came as a surprise because i did not get any communication to expect three debit orders to go off my account. So my question to the agent was "why did that happen" and his response just blew me off. "I have no answers" was the agents response. So you guys are taking money from people's accounts and when you are questioned you say you have no answers? Please give me answers.
I have been trying to cancel my membership with these people. I was told to pay an amount of R140” and something and was offered a discount. I paid that discounted amount and pleaded with them to cancel my contract. Till this day they have not done that, they always debit my account. They coming back again to say I need to pay another huge amount offering me two payment options. I just want to say that I am not going to make any further payments to you guys, come remove your device otherwise I will get someone to remove it so that I can mo d to another company. I’m not even sure that they installed this because I can’t even access their App, I emailed for assistance and no one is assisting. You are the worst tracking company I’ve ever went for and regret opting for you guys.
Worst service ever. They called me twice to that my DSTV account has been handed over with an amount of R400. Is a dstv account not a month to month contract? I’m confussed!! Worst part I cancelled my subscription with dstv. I requested that they send me a detailed statement and their response was crazy: “unfortunately we can’t provide you with that ma’am”. Now I’m expected to make payment just by word of mouth. I contacted DSTV and I was told that they do not hand over any accounts and they don’t work with these people.
I must say I’m very disappointed with Discovery. Firstly you debit an amount from my account on a service that I never opted in for, secondly you promise that I will get my refund by the 7th of December and till this day I have not received my money. When I call to enquire, I’m being sent from pillar to post making use of my own airtime and I’m not getting my money back. Such poor service for something that is due to me is really not acceptable. Please do right to your customers
I must say that I’m very disappointed with my order that I made at McDonald in Pretorius Street in Pretoria. The food did not have any ingredients and the fries were so dry… I’m NEVER EVER buying there again.
