I’m really over auto and general at this point, I’m really annoyed. They debited me on the 19th and my salary date is the 20th I called in last month to change it and I received a new debicheck mandate that I accepted, but still this month they debited today on the wrong date, my account is on a minus and I will need to pay for fees for an overdrawn account, you better pay me for the R169 that I will incur for these overdrawn fees.
I called yesterday trying to get assistance with doing my vehicle inspection on the app because it’s not under the tasks that I need to complete or anywhere on the app. I was contacted and the consultant said I must email them the pictures and I did and they requested additional pictures and I sent the additional pictures requested, and she said she was not able to open them and now I’m told to go to a glassfit to do the inspection , I don’t know where I will get the time to do that because I’m working, also why must I drive somewhere to do this where as I should be able to do it on their app or website. And I hope this does not affect my instalment!
All I'll say is yoh!. Call centre agents just stay silent on calls.
I was expecting a delivery today as it was stated on the day I ordered (4th March), I hope they deliver tomorrow morning before 10am
It keeps getting worse🤡😂 at this point I'm so defeated🤣 if it's not my personalized license plate certificate being submitted 19 days later after Bheki got the certificate on the 1st of Feb, it's the old car being sold to someone else with my personalized number plate, which I clearly stated that I want the old plates to be used in my new car, to top it off bazondenzela inumber plate eyohlukileyo😭💀 like andisayazi what was so difficult with my request for ba ingenzeki? If there was a zero star, I'd definitely give that because wow!!! I didn't think I'd be back here to complain about the same thing. I'm truly not happy with Nissan Bruma from application stage😔,I traded in my vehicle dropped it off and fetched my new car on the 12 of January 24,I had a personalized number plate on the vehicle that I traded in, which I clearly stated that I want the same number plate on my new vehicle, my permit was expiring on the 31st of January I had to follow up with the dealer, the sales man by the name of Bheki (works for renault but he was my salesman on the deal) said I can come get the number plate and disc on that day, I told that I knock off at 16:30, yes I live 15-20 minutes from the with him that I'm delayed he did not respond, told him that I'm on my way to the dealer, he called me and he was rude telling me that I should be there because they don't let customers in after 5 because the boss wants them to be gone, I had to go back home because they won't assist me after 17:00. I complained he came here with a "Temp" number plate and license disc while they're sorting out registration of the personalized number plate to be moved from my old car to the new car, I've been following up as to how far are they with the process, Bheki Ngobese said he'll give me feedback last week, texted him this week on Monday because I didn't get any update, he responded saying his receptionist was not in he'll give me feedback the following day which was on Tuesday but I got no response texted him again on Wednesday and today he's still ignoring me. I need that number plate ASAP because I'm traveling on Tuesday I'm tired of the "Temp number plate" I want my personalized one on Monday or else I'll take this matter further because I don't see what's so difficult about proving feedback or rather keeping me in the loop as to how far the process is. I need my PERSONALIZED number plate on Monday.

If possible I wouldn't even have given them one star cause they deserve none, complained about swapped orders have been promised that the store will call me it's been over a month waiting for this to be sorted instead they tell me they are escalating, reported it on the 27th of July, sent proof. How long do ya'll really need to escalate such a simple thing that should've been sorted a long time ago. Ref:CAS 1304334 K6L8J5
Waited for a bus for over 3 hours, the bus was supposed to leave park station at 19:40 but at 21:50 it still had not arrived and we left.
