Happy
Pick and Pay in Geduld Springs came to my add when i bought chicken and it was off. I was very sick at the time and could not go back to the store to change it. They assisted me by bringing it to me. Thank you Jacque

Good Heavens I have never used or come across and company so useless in what they do. Customer service is pathic and slow, accounts department is seriously worse. And your phone is monitored by them all the time you cant even re-set ones phone, I will never use them again ever.

Faulty fibre
I have never in my life has such bad service from a internet provider. I logged a fault at 7am this morning regarding my fibre box being out of order. Sent the email with the details as requested not long after that. Only be told at 15h15 that the email was never attended to and the fault has only now been logged. This is pathetic to say the least. But forbid one does not pay the account it will be cut no matter what. Very unhappy

Very unhappy with the Sunday lunch i ordered today, the amount of food for the price it is worth it. Bought cheese burgers and chips the chips are half cooked had to refry them. The sunday lunch was missing veggies. Not worth the money I spent

Bad Service
I have had the most horrible experience with Afrihost. It has been going on since the 6th of November. Due to lack of due diligence in their behalf in making I have fibre coverage only to find out that there is no coverage by this company. They sent me the router in the intram. To cut a long story short. I have been battling since the above date from them to refund me and collect the router. Only to have my account debited for the router. So more money outa of pocket. Still no collection of the router and everyday email correspondence.

I am very disappointed in their service, and the product they sent me. The phone is not even 4 months old and the battery is already done for. When you phone and report you must at your own cost send it to them and stay without a phone for however long it takes. To get help from customer services is pathetic. I am really not happy with their service

Disappointed
Rain is the worst vcompany to ever join, their service is poor there staff cant speak proper English. Every agent tell you a different story there is no happy medium. They refuse to refund you after you have cancelled and they deducted the money. Excuse is they never received the cancellation letter. Never will I ever recommend Rain to anyone.

Steers Springs Mall
I was mortified t Steers Springs Mall in Springs Gauteng. I placed an online order at 16.58 on the 26/04/2023. It is now 15.07 on the 27/04/2023 and my order still had not yet been delivered. I phoned twiced to find out where the order was only to be told its on its way. By 19.00 i had to start finding another place to get food from cause my family had not eaten as yet and to place an order that late it would mean we would only eat around 21.00 with 2 children and a father of 81 I did not think it would be the right way to go. I then went to Steers at the Mall only to be told another lie, the driver never pick up any of the orders for the night. Still in a state of shock at this totally disgusting service and nothing to show for it.
