I purchased a Hisense Tumble dryer via takealot not even a year later the paint is peeling from the Tumble dryer. The Hisense Technician has been out his feedback is as follows: the paint peeled due a detergent falling on the machine. I have disputed this. No such incident has occurred. I don't own any detergent that would cause this type of damage. They are not willing to overturn the decision. I am severely disappointed in this as this is my first Hisense appliance that I have bought and will be the last. My previous tumble dryer lasted 20 years with no such damage. Please investigate and advise no client to purchase this ****ty brand. Please refund my hard earned money.Taje back your ****ty appliance. I regret making this purchase
Good Day I have endless problems with this company. The beginning of my contract I got debits which was not agreed upon. I received calls from consultants and again got debited with irregular amounts, sometimes twice or thrice in a month. The service was supposed to be terminated yet they keep trying to debit my account with irregular amounts and sending me threatening messages. I didn't sign any authorisation or give them a mandate to do so. The amounts they say is outstanding are false. Please don't use this service provider. They behave like ****mers. Thinking they have authority to debit your accounts without a debicheck. I need a full investigation to be done and this company held accountable for Thier *****ulent transactions. I will not pay a cent till correct figures are given to me and audited. Please just leave my personal bank account alone. If no action is taken. I am taking this matter to Financial services ombudsman.
Good Day Herewith I wish to submit a formal complaint against the Edcon Group which was brought by The RCS group. I previously had an account which I settled in 2015. I have requested a paidup or prescription letter as it's a requirement to submit to fix my credit record. The creditor is unavailable to trace my account. They have referred me to the nimble group and also to consumer group who is also unable to assist me. I called the customer services today. I spoke to a gentleman, I requested to speak to a manager because once again. He cannot trace my account. He gave me the nr for TransUnion, who referred me to the creditor for a paidup letter. This is a waste of my time and resources. I just need this letter from the creditor. Please advise on further steps and finalise this matter which is a very small urgent request. Kind regards

Good Morning I wish to share my disappointment. I bought an avocado at R70. Besides the avocado being overpriced. The avocado was so hard and definitely not ripe and ready.The bar code is 20054731. Woolworths please do better and refund me money. I feel so ripped off.
Good Morning My Mom had a Jet stores account. She passed away in March last year a few days before lockdown level 5. I have been trying for months on end to submit a death claim with the necessary paperwork unsuccessfully. I have been to the Promenade branch in June and Tygervalley branch on numerous occassions. All my attempts have proved unsuccessful Everytime they refuse to accept my paperwork. I even emailed Edcon but no one responds. I need this matter to be finalized urgently. I work in the service industry and I am appalled by the service especially during this difficult times. Kind Regards

Good Day I am very irate Customer and I am absolutely appalled by your service level agreement with regards to the refund process.I am waiting nearly two months for my own money to be refunded to me. I purchased a desk with inferior materials. I was unable to properly install this desk. I need my money back and refunded to me by close of business. I work in the service industry and I am appalled by the service and I doubt that I eoll purchase any products from your company again The details of this email have be escalated to Ombudsman and CPA commission. Because i paid via debit order every month . there was no verbal or contract in place for the reasons they are giving. please do not join this ponzi scheme.
