Tried to change Details on my late Father-in-law's account. Waited over 20minutes for the call to be answered. The Change of Details Form does not explain everything that needs to be done
We had to change details for my mom-in-law, after her husband died. THANDAZILE KHOZA was a great help with all the admin details.
We have tried to change details on our Church account with Vox, and there is just no response.
Dear Clive and the Manager I want thank Annette, your Service Mechanics for the assistance they gave in correcting a fault with a TowBar I had fitted by Renault in Durban in August 2023, where they failed to put in a Fuse after installing the Tow-bar Connection. They were a great help in a time of need. Your Team we amazing and just really blessed by their friendliness and help. God bless you all.
On the 10th August 2023 I purchased Duster 1.5 dCi EDC 4X2 Intens MY21, which in included the fitting of a Towbar by your Service Department. To my dismay, when collecting a Skipper Trailer/Camper from Port Shepstone today, I discovered that those who fitted the TowBar did not put in the Fuse so that it would function correctly. The Fuse was missing. After much frustration and getting help from Renault Port Shepstone, this was resolved. This kind of situation should never have happened. Really unacceptable workmanship.
My wife has an MTN account. Just upgraded her contract. Going onto the MTN app. Discovered an amount of over R6000.00 being owed. Tried to phone in, wasted 20 minutes top be helped. Nothing. Sent an email. No reply in 24hours.
I am amazed that Netstar offers a Tracking Service, but when one sends in a request via email for help, one does not receive a call back. It seems Netstar wants your business and money, but their customer care is very lacking. Trying to get my tracking move from a vehicle I have sold to my new one

Ecoflow South Africa advertises the extra battery for Ecoflow River Pro. Just don't have stock. What kind of company does this?
It's amazing that Nedbank desires one to do Online Banking, use the Netbank Money App, to update one's profile, but if you live in a small town, with no suburbs, one cannot update your profile. Going into a Branch of Nedbank is the most frustrating experience because of the tortoise like service and the slowness of the Nedbank Computer System. I have another account at FNB and updated my profile without any complications.
