I have been with Outsurance for different products for a long time. They are prompt and efficient. I would like to send a personal appreciation to DIMAKATSO PASMENE for her friendly service.
I bought a car on auction last year December. I picked up the vehicle at went directly to the petrol station which is right opposite the dealership. The car then didn't want to start. I called the sales agent and he jumped started the car. The next time I drove the car was to go get parts to fix up the lights. When I left the shop the car did not want to start and this time a jump start did not work. I had to tow the car home. I contacted webuycars and was tole to take it to a workshop for a quotation. In this whole process the person I was assigned did not answer my emails promptly, basicall almost two weeks later I get a response to say that they would pay for the towing, but I had already had the car towed with my own money. When I bought the car there was nothing stated that the vehicle is not running. Also there is a terrible burn smell in the car, I can't find out what it is until the vehicle has started. so no more than a month later, I need to get the car back from the workshop, I can't get hold of the consultant, This after the claim was rejected. The car needs to come home and there is a fee that needs to be paid to the workshop before they can release it otherwise I have to pay storage fee of R250 per day. Now not only do I have a broken car, I have fees to pay for a vehicle that was supposed to be working. Soon I will pay a fine at the traffic department for not registering the vehicle. But how do I register a vehicle that needs to be fixed before it can do that, so even more expenses. The service has been exceptionally poor. I have now been on the line waiting to speak with a consultant for over a half hour. This is what webuycars think of their customers, once you have the vehicle everything is your problem with no real assistance.
Salesta Govender at Caoital Legacy is exceptional. She has kept in touch with me and assisted me until my issue was resolved.
I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. Adiazambee who has assisted me was awesome I was lucky to get her on both occasions I contacted MiWay. I never had any issues as well when submitting a claim. Definitely a company to use.
Thank you Angelique Koekemoer for the excellent service. It's always a pleasure to deal with people who take care of you and that are so courteous. Thank you
RE TRACKING NO.: BUFZA6033017901YQ I am extremely disappointed in the service I am receiving from Buffalo. Since last week Thursday I have been calling in to give the correct address. This week I called in about 4 times to do the same. Every time I call in, they still give me the incorrect address, while I called in on numerous occassions to correct this issue. It is on the checking floor again now, all to be sent to the same incorrect address. Besides this, not once has anyone given me a call to make sure, as they have tried to deliver twice and the third time is going to be wrong again. I think this is pathetic service. I asked whether I could collect, I was told I can't, so what happens, if things are not gtting done. I call numerous times a day just trying to get through. THE CORRECT ADDRESS IS; 114A DA GAMA STREET BROOKLYN, MAITLAND 7405. Please people something needs to be done urgently about this matter.

I then took my work change of banking details to the ABSA branch in Cape Town to be completed and the called Poppy Saboa assisted me, this was done in no time, she also advised me on crucial matters, and I will definitley be seeing her soon. Thank you ABSA.
I have app**** for a pension-backed home loan from FNB, I sent in all my documentation as required. The first time I app**** in January the turn around time was 3 days when I received a decline letter, based on affordability. I then called in and asked whether I could send in a guarantee letter from my attorneys that 2 of my big loans would be paid, the reply was yes! I spoke with my attorneys and asked them for a letter of guarantee and also received a letter from the other attorneys for the breakdown of costs that is needed from my side to complete my transfer of new home. I then proceeded to re-apply with the new document and all the aforementioned documents along with all other documents required including a new payslip and a letter stating that my salary has gone up. After a few days, I receieved no response from them, I then proceeded to call for information on what the hold up was, I was told that they need paid up letters, I said I cannot provide paid up letters as the accounts would only be paid on transfer of the property as per the guarantee letters from my attorneys. Yesterday I went into the Century City branch to see whether they could assist. Mischka Abrahams at this branch tried so hard to assist me she even missed her lunch. When she called into the call centre to find out what was needed, they then proceeded to advise that they needed paid up letters form two old accounts that was held at FNB. This was the first I have heard of this, in no correspondence have I ever been told this. I was in the branch for over three hours trying to sort this out. By the time I left, it was too late to call the call centre again to get the paid up letters. I have to get funding by 8 March otherwise I would lose the house I wanted to buy, not only that I lose my current house as it was sold cash. Myself my elderly mother and my daughter (who is on the spectrum) will be out on the street soon because of the bad service I have received from FNB. I am now on the line for over an hour trying to sort this out and praying that this would now be able to be resolved. This has really been a horrific experience. I am really at my wit's end. I really need help and geez I'm not getting it, except for the two lovely ladies at Century City branch and the following people who listed to me today and did their best to assist me, Lesego Matlhoko and Karebo Sebati.
I was assisted by Sibongile on the online portal he was excellent thanks sir I rate you 10 out of 10
