Not delivered the product till now, its been two months i ordered and they suppose to deliver on 08th of January till today no one delivered my product really not impressed with the service
There was an error in Surname and Ayanda was instrumental with short notice and he ensured the amendments are updated with no time as the travel was with 4 hours I am very delighted with his service Thank you
Dear Vodacom Customer Care, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I’ve received. I raised a complaint with your call centre regarding funds I am being charged for — without receiving the value or service I’m paying for. Despite assurances that the matter would be investigated and I would be contacted with a resolution, I have yet to receive any follow-up. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I expect a service that reflects the payments I make, and I deserve timely updates when issues are escalated. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through external channels such as ICASA or consumer platforms. Please treat this as urgent and provide feedback on the status of my complaint
Price increased close to 20% without notifying to the customer and i sent an email saying that this is not fair if you do this i would want to cancel i cant continue as i am supporting you guys more than 7 years, they just disconnected my line without even informing or calling me to check what is wrong, what a pathetic and painful service you guys are giving to the long standing customers who is supporting you, very very bad , in fact **********, shame on you, i will not recommend you guys to anyone in future, since you have grown as a big company doesnt mean you dont respect the clients and dont provide the service for what we paying. When i called they simply said we cancelled and i explained them, then they said Nosipho will call you to reconnect but no one called and when i tried calling multiple times they want to charge 700 bucks for the reconnection which is day light *******
Good day, I am writing with very sad and angry with you guys, i have ordered in on your website on 30th Nov and they only delivered one time from the order and they didnt delivered anything else today, although they called few times that they are going to come and deliver but which never happened, when i called this afternoon they are saying they delivered, i am surprised who and where they delivered, which was not delivered to me, its like a day light ******* from you guys.
My phone was ****** from my pocket inside Mc D waterfall, my food was delayed badly and there was no security available on that day, i am trying to contact the store to get footage but no one is bothered, how on earth do we feel safe? because of the delay i lost my phone which is 28k, do you guys can help me or do i need to fight legally with you guys ? thank you

I am a new client of vodacom fibre, their way of working is pathetic, no proper support and they are not even bothered of client , useless, sick and waste of time, what a piece of mistake i have done in choosing vodacom fibre, really didnt expected from you guys. i even spoke to the direct people zero help from anyone.
After two months i am still waiting for MTN to reinstate my lines to previous/original package, what a shame on MTN , Pathetic, Disgusting, Useless if not more, really really shame on you MTN that you couldnt resolve my issue until today, which is over 60 days.
