Inadequate Service Provider

So my query started in March already, I changed devices and my "then" service provider could not supply me with a E-Sim for my new device as my previous e-sim was no longer valid. They suggested that I go over to their sister company, UConnect. No problem at all, go my new E-sim it is then when all the problems started. 1. Porting of old number to new e-sim took forever. 2. To this day 07/04/2026 I can't make any calls on my contract or have access to my data (unlimited talk & 10G data) the customer service person that assisted me was wonderful trying to sort out the problem but ever since last week 30/3 - 02/04 he gosted me with my problems. I'm not sure if he feels ashamed that he does not know what else to do or if the support he is suppose to receive from his technical team is also null and void. I really don't have a choice but to go social with this one as well. I', dependent on this contract to perform my normal employment service as a sales consultant. Now it is costing me double to have a separate simcard to where I must load data and airtime. Please Uconnect sort out your departments.

Uitstekende diens!!!!!

Pretoria Noord Toyota is nou al vir die laaste 3+ jaar my plekkie waar ek my kar laat diens, en ek kan 'n diens sentrum nader aan my kry soos in Brits wat op my voorstoep is waar ek in Hartbee****rt bly, maar ek verkies Pta Noord Toyota juis oor hul uitstekende diens en "after service" diens is net so uitstekend. Ek wil graag vir Elsabe en Riekie baie dankie sê dat julle ALTYD uit julle pad gaan om my te help. Julle is awesome. Die manne agter die skerms wat die werk doen, DANKIE julle is net so awesome al sien ons julle amper nooit nie. WELL DONE Pta Noord Toyota WELL DONE!!!!
