Dear SPAR Hillary Management, I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding an order I placed with your store. Your team processed my order without first confirming whether delivery services are available in Umlazi. This lack of basic verification has caused me significant inconvenience and wasted my time. What made this situation worse was the unprofessional and rude attitude displayed by the female manager I spoke to. Her manner was dismissive, and she showed no willingness to assist or take responsibility for the error made by your store. I also spoke to Nombuso from the Hillary store, who informed me that they could not assist me further, and the manager confirmed that she “cannot help me.” This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I should not be penalized for your store’s failure to check delivery availability before processing payment. I am therefore requesting a full refund, which I expect to receive no later than Monday or Tuesday. Please treat this matter as urgent. I trust that SPAR values its customers and will resolve this issue promptly and professionally. I look forward to your immediate response and confirmation of my refund.
I am very disappointed with the service that I just received from the Pick ‘n Pay Asap customer service as I called in with a query I spoke to Sivile who didn’t know what he was doing so I requested to speak to his manager and they hanged up the call. Please note that I made an order early in the morning and it showed that there drivers that are available yet I have not received my order and payment has been made . I am very angry and frustrated with this situation Please refund me as soon as possible.
I’m not happy with the service that I have received from them there is no working number to contact the company all the numbers that are available don’t work I would like to get a call back and assisted
Please not we have been calling regarding the issue that we have. Everytime when there is load shedding the electricity comes back in my area, however not in my house if there is any fault we would like that to be solved.

Good day I’m very frustrated with the service that I got from Debonairs Kwamnyandu and being frustrated is an understatement I’m mad and disgusted. Please note that I made my order with ALBEL who I told repeatedly what I wanted, However when I got my order it was incorrect and I went back to change the order and please this guy was still there but didn’t apologise for the inconvenience that he caused since I had to wait another 15 minutes for the correct order. Please understand that the correct order, however I was not happy with how it looked and I have taken pictures of the correct order. Please understand if people don’t want to work can Debonairs Pizza Kwamnyandu get people who will understand their job . No one has called regarding this issue which means I have been billed R638 and I don’t understand this is a month to month not a contract that I sighed up for .
Good day I am very annoyed by Rain billing system as I was billed 2 times . Please note that I made payment on the rain app yesterday night which was on the 3th of May , However agin this morning 4th of May money was taken out of my account by Rain . I am very angry with this system yet they don’t have the best network service.
I am very disappointed with the service that I have been getting from this delivery Company My delivery was set for Wednesday 26/04/2023 and a SMS was sent that the driver is on his way , However no call from the driver and nothing delivered to me .
