I have new contract with Vodacom, fixed home internet. I use it to stream DSTV. Every time a little wind or rain the connection fail for about 5 min at a time. This happens every 1-2 minutes. We can’t use it then. We livi in Worcester and we have a lot of wind. I can’t pay for something I can only use in perfect weather conditions. I have logged complaint and nothing is sorted to date.
We bought a few items on ASAP on Sunday. The delivery was made and after the driver left we noticed that the 6 x Coke Light 2.5lt for R96 was not delivered and it was in stock. To date I have logged 3 tickets on the ASAP app and phoned, waiting for 40 min and after that time opted to leave a message. I have photos of the 3 parcels I received and also video of the driver delivering the 3 bags. I want my items I have paid for, not a refund as the item was on special!! This will be the last time I buy at PnP as the are *****ing my money.
Please do not use Wesbank for finance! We financed all our cars with Wesbank, now we want to buy an new car and the settlement are almost R14000 more then our statement. This is an penalty for early settlement!! We want to use you again Wesban**** Now we will go to another bank and will never use or recommend Wesbank again. They are thieves!
For years we have been on a high medical aid. Since I lost my work and started at an new firm with very small income we tried to go on the Keycare Plus aid. We are paying the highest amount for this as Discovery will not verify our income. We have send all the documents needed twice now in 4 months. We can't provide them with anything more to confirm our income. We send payslips, bank statements, joint account info and my husbands annual income statements. Discovery health are looking for reasons not to lower our premium. We will try other medical aids now. Very disappointed.
I have a new smart device from FNB. Every month the debit order does not go throw. I can't understand why as my account is with FNB. I tried to call but every time they say my smart device account is up to date and my call get send from one person to the other with no resolution.
Once again Standard Bank are ripping me off. This is the second month in a row that I pay for my one free cash deposit at the ATM!! ONE FREE CASH DEPOSIT PER MONTH!!! Will be closing my account soon.
We have spoken to 4 diffrent people regarding our problem and no feedback. Nobody is coming back to me. You are advertising false information. This is what's on your website: ' With Premium Uncapped, there's no throttling after hours, giving you 24 hours of reliable connection" We have this account and paying almost R5000 p/m. We are getting throttled after hours. We know there is a FUP, this is why we are on Premium Uncapped with the no trottling according your website.
We applied for the most expensive option as we were told that there are NO capping, shaping or throttling on the account. We pay almost R5000 p/m for this account. For the last 2 months we noticed that we have extremely slow speeds. We found out that our account is being throttled. We run a business and need the speed. This is unacceptable and we will cancel our account.
