These people ****med me from paying a deposit and never delivered a vehicle the person that was supposed to be in contact has now disappeared. Do not use these people please they are not legit
Good day I just want to express our disappointment with the communication from WesBank. We app**** for vehicle finance, 4 times we received a notification and email and phone call that the finance has been APPROVED with a reference number, now all of the sudden it is declined. How can WesBank approve, request documents, ask for offer to purchase and then make up excuses to decline. This is not acceptable you give clients high hopes, I was even called to advised it has been approved. The offer to purchase was also approved. I do not have bad debt. I do have a good credit standing so will WesBank please advise WHY they are declining after approval. I will not except this. I have two companies with good income. My personal income is also high. So, I do not understand, and I do not have bad debt. I worked hard to be able to get what I worked for, and you smash peoples believes. All proof of approvals and reference numbers is on my email!!!! It is poor service.
I went on the online portal for Temu, placed an order, was directed to the payments, did my payment, then when directed back to the Temu portal it showed my order was cancelled, after the payment went through. This was on the 27th of July I immediately chatted to them and requested what happened. Since then they are saying I cancelled and not giving my money back. Referred it to my bank that referred it to ABSA that is also no help Absa just not assisting at all It is not a small amount all I want is a credit on my Temu account or the money be paid back but they are basically *****ing the money and this is ***** and ****s
I need assistance on a withdraw issue cant withdraw my winnings, I deposited money won money and now I am limited I did not accept any bonus. Ticket has been locked no feedback yet, I withdraw the limit to see if that works but nothing yet.

We bought a laptop from Takealot, there was a technical problem and we returned the R7000.00 laptop they advised they will be replacing the laptop. With the laptop comes a bottle and cloth cleaner. Now they don't want to deliver the laptop that was costing us R 7000.00 as they want the bottle and cloth cleaner that is around R 50.00. This has been used already but they are still adamant that they want the empty bottle and dirty cloth. This is just not the way it should be done, the laptop is way more expensive than the stupid bottle. The laptop is used for work daily now the work is being delayed because of Takealot incompetency. Very bad service !!!!
SO AFTER FEDHEALTH TERMINATED MY MEMEBERSHIP AND CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH PROPER DETAILS, THEY SEND AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE THAT SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU "NO ONE CALLS YOU" They send an email as they are to scared to phone "Easy life" The doctors accounts they paid they are now taking the money back after they took my money out of my account every month now they do this. So they pay the doctor and now tell them O NO WE WANT THE MONEY BACK. I went Legal with this and found out that they are not actually allowed to do this if you want to take the money back then pay the money back in my account and I will pay it myself. What will you do if your family falls in emergency, o no wait you dont do anything as you are a terminated person and company
Peth etic service calls you to say they cant cover you thought they need business, cant here the person on the line and they give NO PROPER REASON *** is going on in this world
Still NO RESPONSE FROM FEDHEALTH SINCE MY LAST REVIEW. There so called consultants NEVER called. They still have a credit of mine and now they are quiet because they need to pay out money that is the reason they terminate memberships they do not have the funds to pay for the medical expenses claimed for by the members.
I have been with Fed health for the past 5/6 years, last year I upgraded my plan the debit went off as per normal. Two weeks ago they advised they membership has been terminated. When calling them to find out what is happening, they advised membership has been terminated for ALL members, non closure of information was received. I send them all proof when applying for the medical aid all history was presented. I have paid my contribution for the last 8 months of R 11000.00 per month, now all of the sudden they terminate. I feel this is wrong as everything should be on their system all history of claims should also be on their system. My husband suffers from high blood pressure this was acknowledged to them, now they say it was not, hence I have this on email in writing. The broker that called me namely Wellworx still emailed me the confirmation of our telephone call where it clearly shows my husbands history. They left us now in the middle and not want to listen to anything we say just cancel the medical aid and keep the money we paid. I went for a medical emergency and we were not covered as yet (still on waiting period) we paid all of that out of our own pocket. Fedhealth makes promises, they are useless and do not want to help the members just push a button and you are history. If you call them the person on the other side can never give you information "with the underwriters". My question is should this not be done when you apply for the medical aid NOT halfway through paying contributions already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today they send me a mail, now all of the sudden it is my history and not my husbands, somewhere someone is not doing this correctly. Very disappointed, always used Fedhealth but I think they are loosing the good service bracket. No one from underwriting can talk to you as "they don't take calls" how the hell do you need to sort this out if you need to speak to a consultant that cannot tell you anything. I need to know if someone has a higher authority contact I can send my disputes to as sending them to Fedhealth email address is not going anywhere.
