Steers bad customer service
Im very disappointed with steers why partner with companies that offers vouchers if only it will only benefit people from certain regions its been over a year since i tried redeeming my vouchers at steers Jubilee mall with no luck even steers hammanskraal is now not operational but not updated on their website when i call their customer care im being told to try redeeming at another store um based in hammanskraal why should i travel elsewhere just to redeem a voucher. Im disappointed

One hell of a store
I'm truly disappointed with the service I got from their online return team I requested a refund last week Tuesday and they promised to pick up even today I'm still waiting. And I visited their store in Jubilee they requested an invoice of which it was no send to me it was only send to me by their support team on Tuesday then I went to the store today only to be told that online is the only 1 that can assist. I want nothing to do with tekkie town I just need my refund

Unfair quote
I booked in my phone for repairs on Thursday as it was no longer charging I was told it will booked as non warranty as I to no longer falls under warranty as it has passed 2 years ok I had no problem with that but now I'm charged R1200 for it to be repair.this is unfair to me as I'm still paying for this phone as I took it on a 36 months contract(i7197792-9) please assist with minimizing to the quote as I cannot affort to pay for the phone under contract and also pay for it's repair job no (20558364)

Since I've deposited via eft on Monday even now Its not reflecting I've tried chatting with their agents no 1 is assisting I used phone no as reference instead of username but this could've been rectified but it has not

Advance me voucher
I took an advance me voucher with vodacom in February for steers then where I live they do not accept vouchers(steers Jubilee) then I decided I wouldn't pay for something I couldn't use then I called vodacom to cancel the voucher for me of which they promised they did. After some days I started receiving sms that vodacom couldn't charge my card then I logged the second call and again they promised that they did cancel the voucher but again I received another sms last week stating that they couldn't charge my card then today I call vodacom only for the agent to drop the call on my ears
