I love their food. And being a ***** of mostly vegetarian, I also love hot dogs and burgers as well. My gripe however is thier prices. Too nigh for the average South African pocket. And the quantity only 4 burgers. What to do if you have a family of 5 or then you have to deprive one person or end of paying for two boxes. Especially in the vegan fastmonth of the Hindus, the Fry products become sadly unaffordable.

Good day. Foschini Stores needs to review their call centre. You cannot speak to a consultant and tell for ten minutes how you have been retrenched, did not receive a cent. Did not get paid for the last month that you worked and then for them to answer you : so when can you pay the minimum amount? LIKE Really? No sympathy, no suggestions nothing. And of you dare try to duck their calls. Forget it. You will receive a call every 15 minutes till you take the call an make an arrangement. No two ways. Really, really sad!!!! And date you not for any reason not make that payment, the whole cycle starts once again. The misery of actually losing your job is nothing compared to this!!!! I've been through it and still going through it as I am still unemployed!!!!
Im am sooo crosss😡. They have this competition currently where if you buy for R350 per purchase you are entered into a competition where there is cash back. You are first required to choose one of three gifts. Instead of winning, you are then asked to spin a wheel where the wheel decides how much you have won. Wow the spin directed and stopped at R35. 👎You then fill a voucher code for R35 on your next purchase. Which conveniently is the same amount as the delivery. Which also then means that you have won absolutely nothing!!!!! But Pick n Pay ASAP has scored a R350 purchase from me by enticing me with a competition. For the same items I could have gotten much cheaper elsewhere. My question :Does anyone actually win? Does anyone actually win more than R35 rand? And If so, where is the proof? A bitterly dissapointed, long standing customer.
#BlackFriday. I had an appointment on 29th November 2023 for eye clinic. The nurse took my card at around half seven to pull out my chart. Was still waiting three hours later, running pillar to post. Finally made a new chart and got treated around half eleven. Also the room where they call out the names on the charts is very large. The person announcing the names speaks but the people battle to hear names. Please install a Mike here.
I had an appointment. Wow. All women staff. So efficient, fast, professional and above all down to earth. I left there feeling much better than I did going on. Kudos to these ladies. Nurses, sister, doctor. Amazing. Wish all the other department could follow suite.
I was retrenched in June 2023 this year. I advised the company that i was claiming from account protection, however there were delays with the paperwork for the claim. Even so, Direct Axis keep on trying to debit off my bank account which has no funds resulting in me paying the R360 in return fees every month. Really spiteful, unrelenting behaviour towards customer's!!!! I think they should repay my bank charges. Its the least they can do.
I feel good having a platform to vent legitimate complaints and compliments due. I have had positive feedback, and responses to my complaints. Big or small. Thanks so much. This is a lifeline for consumers!!!!!
