I am a visitor from. DURBAN and you have water issues .what the he'll are you doing with the tax payers money to provide efficient service. Whe we I Durban our councilor acks very effectively, even after office ours.My kid stay in Sandton and they don't have water.Get off your butt and do something as this is becoming very frustrating, everything I visit them they dot have water for days. DO WHAT YOU SUPPOSED TO DO. AND GRT THE F water back.
Since my last complain about Cartrack, I have not received any feedback nor contacted. This is a company that promise your vehicle is safe yet fail to address issues before we the customer is left helpless. I am really frustrated.
It's really dissppointing when you are promised 2 months free premiums and it's months later no one ever responded. Also when your son lives in another province and his cartrack don't ever contact him when abnormality occurs with is car when he is in Durban. I feel this company enjoys our money and fail to deliver any peace of mind when it comes to our vehicles.
Empty promises. Promised 2 months free subscription if you recommend someone.Recomended my son. Few months later no response nor rebate on account. Son in durban and cartrack is useless to inform my son of car movement. I will go to nerstar as I am being tossed around.
My bad experience on the 9th February 2024 at the King Shaka airport leaves me to reconsider my travel arrangements. Only now after I shared my experience with them that they are going to enforce hand luggages rules. People who traveled with me had bags big enough to fit a human being but my small box trolley suit case with my clothes was too big for the flight. I was left stranded as no flights was available until later Friday afternoon. My dream holiday to spend with my wife and kids was shattered as we was one day behind schedule to travel to all the exciting places in Cape Town. As for Airport officials, one person was so rude and un helpful that I missed my flight because of internal politics regarding my hand luggage. What's the use having a display fixture to size your hand luggage at the airport and they refuse you to enter the plane. I will never in my life fly again with SAFAIR. Nobody deserves what I went through. Durban to Cape Town is a joke, but from Cape Town to Durban there was no restrictions. So who's right, same company but different rules. I feel so sorry for tourists coming to Durban.. Cape Town is so beautiful than Durban. I'll drive there instead of flying with SAF FLIPPEN AIR.
I missed my flight on the 9th February 2024. Due to their online bookings and new regulations which we was not made aware. People, please check everything before making ON LINE bookings. Previously we traveled to Jhb and had no issues regarding our luggage size and we took it into the plane. But now we had to check this in and this caused a delay in us boarding the flight. I had to let my wife go and I had to book a standby flight for next flight about 6 hours later. My holiday started off ****. Hope this will help others. We have some very arrogant people working at the airport who just bosses others and we have a few who really try to help. We are not all ********s or drug dealers but airport SA got people who do anything for something.
I am disgusted, my wife paid for blood tests for cancer and guess what, 1/3 results was positive for cancer. We was devastated. I had to pay an additional 12k to get a CT scan. These people just eat your money and don't give proper facts. Incompetance leads to Incompetency. Due to their ****ed up diagnoses we was put into to trauma. Their so called cancer was actually gauld stones. People should never just accept any results without getting a second option. I am going to sue for I competance.
Since my last complaint, about a manager a white young man of this pizza outlet ignoring health and safety procedures , continue to serve food without a hair net and I front of me he brushed his hair and prepare food for take aways. This is disgusting..His staff all wear hairnets.
Roman's Bluff, I am concerned about the health and safety requirements at this branch. I ordered pizza on the 23rd July 2023 at 17h00. The person preparing the pizza didn't have any hairnet to prevent hair going onto the food for customers.i have footage in this regards. I am a health and safety officer in my company and this is not how we obey the rule of law especially in the food industry.
I am fed up now, since I bought hth float from checkers a fee months ago, the float grows in my pool, from a 10cm cube to a 30cm overnight. I complained and someone responded, 1st it was wrong product, then they give me another suppose to be better, it's got worse, then they collected it and gave me a liquid for sparkling pool. Guess what, I bought a 3rd one from checkers and wala it's doing the same thing, I have pics for proof. So excuses upon excuses we customers are being use like guennie ***s to sample their product.. My swimming pool pump is affected as it doesn't work like normal and I told them if my pump packs up I am going live on social media.
